We were pretty pleased with Pawrade. But, when we picked up the puppy Naomi, she was at a kennel down the street dirty not combed not really ready to be picked up. we expected to be giving some food a week or two is worth to get her started. None was offered. We ended up buying dog food from him so we had something to work with. For the money, spent a little disappointing. Naomi is at home and goes to the vet on Monday. We are very happy with the dog. Thank you, Tom

We fell in love with Cody (Vincent) instantly and so happy to have him. I gave a rating of 4 only because we believed we were receiving a standard Whoodle but in the papers we received on delivery, the Chip Registration said he is a Mini Whoodle. Our desire was to have a standard Whoodle because our prior Whoodle was standard and black. We loved him like a child and we wanted another one just like him. We would love to have some clarification about this because no one every said or shared in anyway that Vincent was anything other then a Whoodle. Please respond Thank You.

This has been a roller coaster of emotions with this dog. We picked her up on Saturday 10/7/23 around 11AM. Sweet little girl but smelled like a barn. You could tell she missed her family and its the sad part about adopting. On Sunday around 3PM, she got spooked by my son on bicycle and she ran and ran for over two days. We finally caught her about 5 PM yesterday evening. A few things I learned along the way. One, your team member Carli Rivera doesn't return text (sent one to her before pick up) and she doesn't return phone calls (left a voice mail after she went missing as Kenny was on his day off and only handle things before sales). I bought a dog that was chipped only to find out from the breeder that she forgot to chip her. We are happy to have our puppy back and we will deal with the running issues even though the breeder claims she wasn't a runner when we talked with her before the purchase. Breeder claims she will send us the chip and cover the cost of the install.

We love Buttercup and know she was loved. Communication with us was better before we paid for her Nd then there were days of waiting for some responses. That would be my only negative.

I had to do a lot of contacting to get my information. And my pick up date was pushed back to me to 72 hour window of my vet visit and I called to find out why I wasn't notified to pick up on the 12th when I was told the pick up date had been changed to the 14th, so I had to make arrangements with my son that were different

I was nothing short of impressed at every step of the process in receiving my little one. Their communication was fantastic, from regular updates, to guiding me through the first few days with my puppy (it's been decades since I've had a pet). I highly recommend using them for adoption!

Buying process was simple…the shipping part was a mess. Puppy was supposed to arrive in 2-4 days. Instead, puppy spent 8 days in a transport vehicle. Not ideal for a puppy. Was able to talk to drivers and they assured us puppy was treated with love and had time to run inside van. Pawrade did step up and refund a good chunk of the transport fee. Be diligent when working with Pawrade on puppy delivery process.

I couldn't be happier with Wren. She is an incredible pup and her breeder took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I am so grateful for pawrade getting me in touch with her breeder so I could find a truly amazing pup. I would have given 5/5 however there was some logistical issues around payment and cancelation of travel fee. Once I discovered travel time was more like 2+ weeks instead of 10 or so days, I canceled transport so I could pick her up myself, definitely not an easy task traveling out there and bringing her home, however I was excited to welcome her into my home and didn't want to miss any more precious puppy time as they grow SO fast in those few weeks. despite canceling travel in less than 24 hours, I was charged a cancelation fee of $100, which turned into $187 and I had to contact pet pay myself as the cancellation was never communicated to them and I was being charged for it. Besides that, it was a positive experience. So grateful for my pup and breeder

I wanted to give you a 5 but I couldn't. The blame game of who dropped the ball will never be okay. I went a whole day with no reply from any of the 4 members that were working with me. At one point I was truly concerned I had been scammed. Not fun to go through that emotion. It was not a holiday, so there was no excuse. When the gal finally answered her phone she casually said, oh, I had the day off, "Travel should have reached out to you." Travel was on the conversation string but no one felt the need to get back to me including the gal that I had to keep calling. I did get my beautiful puppy from a lovely Amish family in Indiana, I would give them a 5-star review.

Hi, The dog is wonderful and my lack of stars has nothing to do with your service to date. My only issue is that he arrived with both an eye and ear infection. The vet had to put him on a 10 day antibiotic course. There is no way those infections could have progressed to such a bad level in the 24 hours we were together before the vet visit. All over the site are mentions of your health guarantee so that was very disappointing. Thank you, Bernadette

Picked up Oso, now Murtagh, a week ago. He is wonderful. We drove from AZ to CA to pick him up so we could meet Murtaghs parents and the breeder. They were wonderful.
