I was looking at puppies, not 100% on the breed I wanted when I stumbled across the Yorki-Poo. I fell in love with Italia the second I saw her - the video was helpful too. I wouldn't normally buy a puppy I hadn't first interacted with but the video was very helpful....and also helped me as I was impatiently awaiting her arrival. The entire process was seamless! There was constant communication ,, which I appreciated, and I was not disappointed....Italia (Talli) arrived at 2am on Thursday and, while I've not gotten much sleep since then I'm still riding it out on cloud 9. Thank you for bringing us together!!

I had an easy transaction with getting my new family member. Everyone kept me informed with the details of my puppy before she left and when I expected to receive the puppy. They even changed the date on my request, due to a travel conflict. And I received her a week after, when I returned home. The drivers were very friendly and engaged me in their delivery process too. DeeDee, now named Mia, is doing well and had a great vet check visit. She was very socialized and got to play with her brother and sisters. She was definitely handled in a home friendly manner and had plenty of energy throughout the day.

You guys are so professional and are very kind. Everyone took their time to explain things and I would highly recommend getting a puppy from parade if you're looking to get one. Zoey is a 10 week yorkiepoo and is beautiful!! I'm in love

Pawrade was good to work with except the communication was a little confusing. Sometimes it was Pawrade and sometimes it was PetPay. I had to call in because I could not update information on the website for pickup info. Otherwise, I am very happy with Henry (fka Luis). He is energetic and happy. We picked him up and traveled home with him and he was very good in the car. He has a good appetite and loves to play.

The entire process went smoothly, and the team did a fantastic job getting our new Yorkie-Poo puppy from Arkansas to California on the very day she became available. Communication is not good. I was told the dog ate 3 different food . Hills Chicken Barley, to Purina puppy chow than a picture was sent to me hills chicken and brown rice. What is it? The puppy came with a different food all together. Secondly the puppy was not given all her vaccines. I was told the puppy would be fully vaccinated that was a lie. The breeder as per their paperwork . Refused vaccine boosters for the parvovirus and heartworm. Sept 10th I was told the puppy was 4.9 lbs how could the puppy be 7.4 lb that is 67% increase in body weight. The transportation guys Lloyd and Jason were great the called and sent pictures

Two days after arrival and we are in the emergency room. Our puppy's blood sugar level was so low she almost seized, she's not eating and has bad diarrhea. Not sure what happened during transport but she was fine when she left the breeder. This is very scary and sad.

Pawrade was great to work with. They truly care about the puppies they represent and delivered on everything they said. Lola was delivered healthy, happy, and on time including a bath. Every question I had for pawrade was answered in a timely manner. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Everything went smoothly Daisy(Xena) is very active She seems to be afraid of the silver food and water bowls so I had to use a flat plastic takeout cover for her food and then a small take-out bowl for her water and she drinks that but she's not eating a lot of chili in a little bit go back in a tiny bit more she'll take it out of my hand we're going to the vet tomorrow so we'll see what goes on but she is very active and very speedy, she's beautiful

Yorkiepoos are hard to find in my area and using Pawrade helped me find exactly the puppies I was looking for. My experience with Pawrade was good. I will say that waiting for a response sometimes after sending a message was a little frustrating:) In the end everything went well and I now have my girls. (I got 2 sister puppies). They are so precious.

The puppy is adorable. We love her. The delivery service was great. Wonderful people I didn't like her being delivered at 2:30 in the morning. And I don't know how to upload the picture I'm supposed to upload and have asked and no one got back to me

This was my first time purchasing a puppy online. I was super hesitant, because you never really know who you are dealing with online. I have to say, I was super impressed with the process. Once I chose a puppy, they contacted me instantly to help me through the process. They were in constant contact to help me with the contract and delivery process. My Yorkipoo arrived today and she is the cutest thing ever. She is very social and loving. The driver was so pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Parade.
