Thank you for making it possible to have Vulcan(Rocky) as our new member of our family. Do not get me wrong your associates are great. Some can be a little some are very welcoming. Just a heads up, please make sure when you pick your new fur babies that you are definitely decided to get it. I asked them what is the policy if i have to cancel after i reserve my Vulcan and i was told that i will be charge $600 to cancel! Meaning when you reserve there is no way you can cancel. Either you are stuck on the pet that you decided not to get. Or pay the $600 penalty! I think that is way over the board. I will not name names but come on $600 is a lot of money! I am thankful and greatful i picked Vulcan and i have no regrets. He is the sweetest and cutest thing. I did at some point almost cancelled because i was frustrated for some reasons. Things that was discussed and later on has changed. Just be mindful that make sure you are decided otherwise you will pay the price

Everything was good until transportation of the puppy. Lack of communication, i understand delays but keep updating customer. I had to complain to get delay updates. My puppy arrived a nervous wreck, still runs when you come to her. Not sure if i would every get a puppy this way again
