The journey to purchase a puppy from Pawrade was better than I expected. The care the staff showed for the puppy was worth 10 stars! Their customer service was possibly the best I have ever experienced with any purchase I have made, and I am 70 years old! The transporters were wonderful. They treated our puppy like the star he is. If you are in the market for a new puppy, I highly recommend Pawrade.

I was so excited and a little nervous using a company off the internet. Our experience was absolutely fantastic. I would recommend this program for anyone who is looking for that special addition to your family. They took my phone calls while waiting for Maverick to join our family. Always helpful and very friendly when talking to them.

Pawrade was in contact the majority of the time. At one point, the only issue was that we were waiting for the delivery of the puppy for the next day but couldnt get in touch with anyone to confirm until after 10PM. At the airport, the Nanny was in such a rush, he took a pic, checked ID and said the papers are in the carrier and headed back inside. Puppy is happy and seem to be healthy. We have a vet appt coming up to confirm.
Everything went smoothly and he arrived around 9 PM on Tuesday. He is the best little puppy. Such a good boy. The gentleman that dropped him off was very kind and courteous. Thank you.
The Service was excellent from the purchase and delivery. Would recommend Pawraidto friends and neighbors.

I couldn’t be more pleased with this process. Pawrade was in constant contact with me throughout and made sure everything went through without a hitch. Our new puppy arrived and immediately took right to us, like she knew she was coming home and couldn’t wait to cuddle. The first thing she did when she came inside the house was find a toy and take it directly to our cat. They were instant best friends! We’re sooo happy with our new addition.

From start to finish Pawrade gave us the information we needed.to bring our beautiful Sandy Anne for her forever home. This is a scam! And I ordered a miniature size dog and they send me a toy size. I been calling them no body give a solution. All the discrimination they have on the website it’s never said it’s was a toy. But we I received the a toy. Even her food bag said it’s a toy all paper works said it’s a toy! I will never buy from them. I am very disappointed because no body answer me
