ok overall experience. I thought Pawrade was a little bit too aggressive about getting paid for each step. Also, The delivery of my view pup at 4:30 am was not great….very nice delivery lady….but horribly inconvenient.
Pawrade made this transaction flawless. My beautiful Sweet Sadie (formerly Naomi), was hand delivered to me. I was kept up-to-date on her trip to vet, and once she was on the road to me. I appreciate that 30 days of health insurance is included (I had already purchased FETCH while she was in transit). I took her to our vet, she confirmed Sadie’s clean bill of health. I’ll definitely return when it’s time to get her a sibling. 🐾💕

We absolutely love Pawrade! Everything is streamlined and to the point, no guessing on what to do next. When we asked for additional pictures of our new fur baby, our rep reached out to the breeder and we had pictures the next day. Any questions we had they were answered in a timely fashion and were very detailed. This is the second time we've used Pawrade to grow our fur family and still so pleased with everything. Thank you!

My puppy, Wrigley, arrived on time. He was in excellent shape and has been feeling comfortable in my home. The transporters were wonderful. They kept me up to date. Their texts were hilarious. I knew they cared about the pups. I knew I made the right decision the moment Wrigley was in my arms. Thank you Pawrade.

The process is fairly easy. I do wish I would’ve seen the discount code before I finalized my adoption process. Hazel is a beautiful girl and we couldn’t be happier about adopting her.

Overall, the transaction was seamless. The only trouble I had was sending the photos of the transfer of ownership form and photo. I successfully uploaded the photos and comments, but the system said there was an error because the comments were insufficiently detailed.

We found Pwrade online and are so happy we did! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and really work hard to ensure their puppies are placed in a loving home! The experience was amazingly easy and well organized. We chose our pup and the team made sure we knew what was required every step of the way and helped us to complete the requirements. We look very our little boy. Just got back from our vet and he is in perfect health and the vet was very impressed with all the medical records Pawrade provided THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR GIVING US OUR BEAUTIFUL COCKAPOO!

We got our puppy this week and are charmed, amazed and very happy with her. She is smart and stubborn we haven't had Yorkies before, but she is a lot of fun. We are happy with the service from Pawrade especially that she was flown to us. Cindy, Donna, and John were very professional and cared about the pup and us. PAWrade people I spoke with were very accommodating. My puppy is healthy and beautiful. I'm pleasantly surprised. However, I felt everything from the down payment to the "pampered" delivery was misrepresented. This company doesn't care about the animals-you are for profit only, your contact is ridiculous. And no one said the puppy would be delivered with 15 + other dogs. And PAWrade is concerned about my vet's office giving her PARVO? Give me a break! The man who delivered the pup was the only person who answered my questions factually and didn't mislead me. Your contact doesn't protect the buyer at all and the free 30 Met life insurance doesn't cover anything. This buisness tries to lift the buyers confidence with positive comments from "personal" puppy navigators. It is confusing and highly circumspect. The only reason I rated two stars is that I actually received my sweet, unpotty-trained puppy. Another false claim. Next time I will buy from AKC member directly.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I will never recommend Pawrade to anyone as a way to find a health puppy. They do not vet their breeders well. I received a sick puppy with Giardia and a bad yeast infection. Their contract does not allow for any return or refunds, which is horrible customer service and support. When a customer spends thousands of dollars for a puppy, they do not expect it to be sick. I am certain that the puppy I received (James) is not the first or only sick puppy sold to unsuspecting buyers. It's a shame Pawrade doesn't offer better support of their paying customers. They clearly are only in a puppy mill business for money and do not care about their customer's satisfaction.

My experience was great with Pawrade. The only thing I think could have been tad better was updating ETA on arrival. I received ETA of 5-6pm the evening before and day of, I text at 11am to ask if still on track with ETA and was told yes. At 6pm when still hadn’t arrived at end of window, I text asking for update and was told 6:30 due to traffic. At 6:40, I asked for update again and told 20 minutes. Puppy arrived at 7. I am perfectly fine with the delays because understand can’t control road conditions and traffic. I think around 4pm, an update should have been sent to me to let me know of delay as I held off evening items like making dinner etc because didn’t want to be in middle of it when puppy arrived so could give her 💯 attention. My experience was great but just wanted to give constructive feedback on delivery part.
Their communication was top notch! The delivery was seamless and the driver Austin was fabulous and early! I would definitely do business with you again! Thank you. Also, thanks to the breeder for taking such great care of him for 9 weeks. He is already a great puppy!
I had a number of issues. It appears to me that Pawrade does not adequately (if at all) vet the breeders who post the puppies for sale. The information about the puppy that I purchased was not accurate, and had I known it I would not have purchased that puppy. When I did eventually receive my puppy, she was infested with ear mites which are extremely contagious. The veterinary forms supposedly completed by the breeder’s vet on 4/17 specified “no ear mites”. When my vet completed her examination 5 days later, the infestation was overwhelming, indicating that the infestation was at least several weeks old. I have another dog in my house who is now at risk, not to mention everything I now have to do to contain and eradicate the ear mites. Needless to say, the vet report for my puppy is now entirely suspect, since the vet failed to disclose such an open and obvious problem. I will not use Pawrade in the future.
I'm extremely happy and surprised at how easy the whole process went. We found our new family member through parade and she's a joy to have. I don't think anything could have been easier. We are very happy! We are very impressed with the delivery system that Furry Trails provided. Everything was so simple. We don't know how we can thank you!!!!!

We couldn’t be happier with Pawrade. We have already referred a woman we meet at Sherri’s wellness check to Pawrade. Everything was flawless. A little glitch with the delivery but all it cost was a couple of sleepless hours. Not much to pay for an absolutely beautiful baby girl. We were kept up to date via emails and phone calls throughout the process. Mark the driver couldn’t have been nicer just a bit of confusion with addresses but in the long run we got the right puppy and that is all that mattered. Thank you Pawrade for such a great purchase and for all the perks too. We won’t be using you again I’m sure as we are older and this is our last puppy, but rest assure we will recommend you to anybody in need of a puppy.
