I was skeptical of the process with all the scams out there about puppies. I took the chance and questioned along the way. I was extremely surprise with the process. The concierge took care of all my question and I got to have a video with the breeder. I got to see mom and dad dogs and how they were living. At one point I asked if tge breeder would adopt me because the dogs were do pampered. Delivery was just as great. All in all, I'm very happy with the process and will do business again with Pawrade

Josephine and I are extremely satisfied with the total service. Lois was extremely helpful with any questions and concerns. Carly was also extremely helpful. All parties that we spoke to were lucid and patient. The travel staff took care of little Buddy aka Barry. Buddy is a sweet, playful and adorable puppy. Thank you Pawrade

Mindi and Donna were great ; however , I did not like how I got the breeder information only 2 hours before I was supposed to leave for trip to pick up. It had been 8 days. My travel coordinator I got the initial email introducing herself and then 2 hours before I left a reply: breeders name and phone number. That’s it. The process is too long and it completely stressed me out not knowing if I was getting a dog after spending over $4k. I also still have not received medical records or the email from Lindsay something to upload my doctor notes to. Also, I’m thrilled with Cinnamon, but I was curious about another Yorkie from a different mother. I was told it was a different breeder although they have the same dad??? Upon meeting my breeder, she did in fact have another litter so …..??. Plus her tail wasn’t docked. It would have been nice to see medical stuff before spending that kind of money because yorkies usually run $24-2700.

The staff is wonderful, professional. Always answer right away. Full information. I did not put 5 stars because I was never told about Express Pets They farm out that part. The travel could be explained and with visuals. Also. Now PetPay. There could be more step by step on the end part. Overall it’s a very good organization. Breeders Vetted. We love our dog

This organization definitely has its act together. Their customer service and consistent follow up with with questions is an excellent example as to how an organization should treat customers. Their attention to detail and a clear sensitivity for pet owners and pet owners love of animals was spot on. I would not hesitate using this organization again.

Our experience with Pawrade was excellent from start to finish. The entire transaction was easy and smooth. We were able to browse the website and choose our puppies, and once we made our decision, Pawrade contacted us right away to guide us through the process. Their staff is amazing, very responsive, helpful, and supportive every step of the way. The breeder was wonderful as well. We decided to travel to Ohio to pick up our puppies in person, and he was very welcoming when we arrived. It was clear the puppies had been well cared for because they were comfortable and clearly loved their breeder. They were ready to go home with us, and the breeder was friendly, kind, and very easy to work with. Overall, we had a great experience with both Pawrade and the breeder. We are so excited to have our little ones home with us!

Tara and Donna were so helpful with their assistance. The Puppies Express kept me apprised of there transport and great communication on the delivery day. Our little guy was happy and in very good spirits!!! We were so pleased that he went to our back door when he needed to void. Obviously the breeder started potty training. THANK YOU Pawrade for the great breeders that provide such tender loving care to their dos and puppies.

We paid ~$7,500 for a mini dachshund advertised as blonde and already spayed. She arrived bright orange and has now gone into heat at 8 months, meaning she was never spayed despite paperwork saying she was. Multiple attempts to contact Pawrade have gone unanswered.

I am pleased with the process in getting Jetta (Emmy) home. She arrived at 3:30am this morning. She was a little nervous at first but settled down shortly after. We snuggled for a few hours. Did not take her long to feel at home. Thanks for all you did.

Process was good for the first time buying a dog via the internet. The transportation concierge did a good job keeping appraised. The drivers kept me up to date on the timing of the delivery. They arrived within the hour of their estimated time of arrival.
