Everything went well with the adoption process. So many puppies to choose from. Just wish it listed on the website where the puppies are from. We wanted to pick up our puppy and couldn't find out until after we reserved him. Ended up driving from Florida to Ohio. But it all worked out and the process was fairly easy.

We were very impressed with the entire Pawrade process. Our new little bundle of fluff is the sweetest and was very well socialized prior to bringing her into our home. We were skeptical about not working directly with a breeder in the beginning but found this to be as smooth of a process as possible.

Bringing Radar home was easy and stressfree!
My puppy was delivered yesterday. Doug brought her to my house. She is wonderful!
Alisa is now Violet. She is a perfect puppy. Affectionate and already has learned a few things. I'll love her forever. Whole process went smoothly and Vet visit was excellent. Thanks Gail

Smooth transaction process and excellent communication. Floyd did contract Giardia at the kennel which our vet says is common. A week of antibiotics easily defeated the parasite and Floyd never presented symptoms. But no regrets. Would use this breeder again.

Kenny was our first contact person and he was great answering all our questions in a timely matter and helping us thru the payment process. Lois was especially helpful too. The entire process for us took a week because we chose to drive 12 hours to pick our puppy up ourselves and those arrangements took a little longer because of logistics. Our puppy is beautiful and perfect! She loves us and we love her. The Pawrade has lived up to everything promised and now we have the sweetest little companion for life. Thanks to all the Pawrade associates.

great experience, made everything so easy and the attention to detail and communication was beyond great. They were always there each step of the way, we prompt, responsive and easy to reach for any question or concern. Their payment method is 100% safe, I was a bit nervous at first but I looked them up and there was nothing but praise. I picked up Kodi today from the airport and it really was easy, the only thing that was a slight issue was that the travel crate was zip-tied and Nobody had scissors, finally someone had a knife and BTW, the plastic shipping crate is yours and big, glad I brought the SUV, she was so funny, didn't wanna come of and say hi. Shes home and getting along great with my other dog, Basha so really happy I bought from Pawrade, the dogs are not cheap but you get what you pay for and so far, everything has been purrrrrfect!!! He got here last night. He is just a doll. He has been to the groomers this morning. Just loves to play, he is eating exceptionally well, goes outside side to do his business every two hours. Sleeps with me with no problem. Everyone in the neighborhood has been here to see him. Follows me all over the house. Tomorrow we go to the vet, grocery shopping and a few other stops. He goes into the stores with me. Just got really attached to him. He is a people puppy . He likes his food with a little warm water on it. He is a gem.
Our new puppy is wonderful and we are so pleased with her. The transaction with Pawrade was very segmented, from the first call, to the concierge, to the travel coordinator. This was, at times very confusing and dealing with so many people was difficult. At times it seemed no one knew what was happening. We had to travel almost 400 miles to pick up our little girl, the travel person knew this and we were told she would not be available until after the vet check. This part was good but the vet check was scheduled the day before our pickup date. This left us not being able to make travel plans until the last minute, this could have been handled better. Overall, we were satisified and hopefully can still callif there are any questions. Thank you

I love my puppy and wouldn't change who he is. He is doing well and growing with us. The paperwork and your health guarantee negates each other. Why bother? He came from a place with alot of puppies. He came he is afraid of men off the bat at the airport. He still is. His dew claws were supposed to be removed they weren't. In a weird conversation between my sister and myself, I picked up a piece of mail, a white envelope, he ran into his cage and cowered. Odd. We've pretty much broke him of that. Arrived with Giardia and another bacteria, needed meds off the bat. It took two rounds to clear it. Puppy mill problems. So. As I am thrilled with Jack and wouldn't trade him for nothing, yes Jack. What the hell kinda name was Conrad? Every is suspect. Trust no one.
