Everything went smoothly and as anticipated. No complications or unexpected changes. Communication between Pawrade and myself was excellent. My puppy is home and adjusting very well.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL
I got my dream dog and he was delivered with excellence. I watched them drive him all the way from Missouri to the Gulf. He came in perfect his condition was excellent he had no problems .Steve and Lee were excellent drivers and explained everything thoroughly when they got here.
Pawrade helped us in adopting our precious little Shiba. They made the process so much easier and catered to our needs very well. Very reliable and helpful.

I did a lot of looking for the right agency who handles adoption transactions for breeders, their website, their reviews, etc. for two years. I found Pawrade and was most pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness, knowledge, support and process. I first was going to adopt only one female Cavalier King Charles, but fell in love with her brother too. Working with Pawrade to coordinate my trip to Cleveland, Ohio to pick them up went smoothly. When I met the breeder, I was very impressed and appreciated his answering all of my questions. The paperwork was meticulous and my new babies very healthy. I've had them only three days now and am totally in love with them and they with me. Because of my great experience with Pawrade, I won't hesitate to recommend them.
Loved the way we got help throughout our time to get the puppy we have always wished for !!

My new puppy Millie is tremendous. She arrived potty trained which I didn't expect but truly appreciate. I am working on leash training right now and she is very receptive to that. Super poor service. The puppy sent to us were infected with ear mites and three parasites such as Giarida, Coccidia, Tapeworms. I complained about it, but have not received any response since then. The health guarantee is a complete lie and a scam. You are really bad scam company.

Pawrade made the entire process, of bringing home your new fur baby, as easy as possible. All messages or questions I had were answered very quickly. They list out everything you need to know and do to make your new pet's transition as easy as possible. They deliver your new baby to your door. She was clean and fed upon arrival and I was able to watch the entire trip on an app they use, so I knew exactly where she was the entire time. The delivery people were very friendly. I recommend this service to you if you are looking to add a fur baby to your family. Enjoy!
With Marigold/Paisley it was love at first site. One look at her picture and I knew that was my girl. It was sooo nice to have someone be the middleman and make ALL of the arrangements. Thanks Pam and Denise, Paisley has help fill a huge hole in my heart.
Excellent experience!!!! Beginning with Nathan who is simply outstanding!!! Nathan was our Puppy Concierge. He guided us through the entire process; answered our many, many question that we had about our puppy Bryson. Nathan is excels in customer service! He is very personable and knowledgeable! This was our first time adopting a puppy through Pawrade. The entire process, including picking up our puppy was a fantastic experience! We are so so excited to have Karter , is it possible if you can find out from the breeder what specific doggie treats they used for him. He did so good this morning with potty. He pooped and tee tee on the pad. We have some of his treats but want more since he likes them. If you could send that product name we will pick it up today

I am glad to have chosen pawrade to find a puppy. It took about one month to finally meet Chloe, We named her Momo. Only one thing I didn't like is that when postponements of delivery happened there wasn't enough explanation and left me in the dark. It would have been a lot better if they told me why the delay in details otherwise I like pawrade.
Iago who we have now named Finn or Finley which in Irish means short strong and sweet is now ripping up the puppy pee pads in his crate. He is a beautiful healthy very active puppy and we adore him. I have to take a moment to remove him from shredding his pee pads. He is now out in a very large playpen on our deck with shade and a pup tent with his favorite donut bed. He doesn't like his crate and wants to just run around the house. Not yet. So much for pee pads they are so much fun to shred but although he spits them out I do not think it is such a good idea. Although he came from Missouri to New Mexico he decided to take a road trip thru California Nevada and Utah before arriving at 4 AM four days later. He did not seem at all traumatized by his journey except he really does not like his sleeping crate. Shredding pee pads is one of his ways of conveying the message. You guys were great always available and Silas Bouchard and his partner brought him to us great shape.

Margaux is a healthy and adorable cavapoo! Off to first vet. appt. with us this morning... Quite a complicated adoption process but we are so happy she is finally home with us. This is my first puppy. Tony Stray has been a fabulous gentleman from start to finish...I couldn't have made it without his kind and conscientious support. God bless him!
Could not have been easier. Was treated with kindness and respect through the whole process. And the best part was when I received Piper and seen how beautiful she is and what a spunky personality she has.
