The service has been good up till the time I received the puppy. Now I have been receiving emails from Jade Warner and I am not sure how to complete the form she sent to me. I have sent her at least 3 emails with no response and she keeps sending me emails. I have told more than one person about this and nothing has happen.

This was a surprisingly easy process in bringing our little boy home. The nanny flew him to us less than a week after purchase. Communications from Pawrade, the breeder, and nanny were all seamless. I had a great experience.

Carter passed away within about 30 hours of receiving him via transport. It has been emotionally very difficult for our family considering this is the second puppy who has passed away on us during this entire experience that was supposed to be enjoyable. I'm still working with the pawrade team to find an agreement on the next steps for our family. It's been very difficult. Kelli has been amazing working with us and I hope we can work With her to find a resolution.

This place was so great to get a puppy from. I love my puppy and she's so sweet!!! The process was real smooth and easy, but most of all their was a finance option which was really helpful to me. If I'd have to add anything, there were times I called and couldn't get anyone but I did receive a call back after leaving a message. If you're looking for a puppy this is the place to look!

We were very pleased with Pawrade. Communication was excellent with Pawrade as well as Wags on Wheels. Veronica, her new name is Cleo is adjusting very well.. She has the lay of the house and loves her yard. She has a wonderful disposition , engages new people and kids. We are so pleases and love her.

I must say I was a little apprehensive at first. But I must admit the process was definitely pretty smooth, and the concierge was there at every step of the way I would say to anybody interested in dealing with Paul read that definitely read the fine print and make sure you know what you're getting into a pretty detail oriented so I read everything carefully so I understood every part of the process. That made it super easy for me to be prepared and know what to expect. We've had our dog Charlie for just a couple days now and he is doing very well, and everybody loves him. We did his health assessment, and he came out to be overall pretty healthy a couple of common issues, but nothing too much to worry about so far I will definitely use this company going forward in the future just knowing that they are legit.

We can't say enough good things about our entire experience with Pawrade. Initially, I wanted a puppy and began looking in December 2022. I searched the internet. Little did I know, at the time, about how many puppy scammers are out advertising for your perfect puppy. My husband told me about a report on scammers on our local news. I was nervous and decided I wasn't meant to have another dog. My family has had labs for 33 years. Pawrade showed up in my email and I started looking at their available dogs. I fell in love with a Cockapoo. I researched Pawrade reviews on Google, Trustpilot, and Scam Alert. One week later we have our little guy. We met the owner and knew instantly the love and care she put into our little Cooper. Pawrade was a thorough organization from start to finish. I was provided with constant communication, customer support, and literature on caring for my new pup. I give them 5 stars!

Fairly good process however I wish communication was a little more responsive. There would be moments where I'd reach out and not hear till the end of the day or the following day. Would also recommend listing the puppies location right on the listing rather than having to reach out every time you would like to know their location.

Hester (Rosie) is a beautiful healthy sweet puppy. In general, the staff tried to respond to our questions and concerns. However, we often were inundated with information from various people. The instructions were repetitive and sometimes confusing. Some calls and emails were not answered. Despite the problems with communication, we our very happy with our new puppy!!

Rayna is now Tippy. She is healthy, full of energy and curiosity and so very cute and loving. She adapted to us and the house in a few hours, runs everywhere, full speed outside, and she is very fast. Very alert and interested in everything - seems very smart. The breeder did a great job for sure. The nanny lived in Las Vegas and worked for an airline. She was pleasant and did a fine job. Tippy went to the vet 2 days later and all is very well with her. She went again today for some shots. We enjoy watching all the crazy things she does. My issues is with the cumbersome-unduly comlex system we had to try to get through. I never was able to upload docs to PetPay. I still don't know what the 3 yr 'guarantee' covers. This my 5th Yorkie and the previous 4 from private parties were all great dogs. We would never want to go that process again.
