From start to end of process was very easy quick and everyone was very helpful. We found happiness and lots of love in our little shitzu puppy. When time comes around for our mopsey to have a play mate we will definitely go through pawrade again. Thank you to everyone that helped on our lil journey to find a fur baby

Great experience!! Everything went smooth from the beginning to time my little pooch reached home. I was so excited I didn't know how to act. My kids fell in love with him and we are really happy.
Smokey (Dolton) is such a joy.
The process was a little overwhelming since I have never purchased a puppy this way. HOWEVER, all of the staff were very friendly in answering all of my questions and helping me through the process of finding, adopting and putting a beautiful puppy in my arms. THANK YOU!

We are very happy with our new puppy. He is so smart and silly💓. Parade made it so easy to find,and get a puppy. He was delivered right to our door. The only thing I would change is the three day limit for the vet check. Some places,like here,its very hard to get an appointment. So for us its 3weeks instead. I'm just thankful we did get an appointment, most of the vets here,like the physicians, are not taking new patients. Anyway,we had a very good experience & would definitely recommend Pawrade.

I was impressed with the staff. I called and the person helped me with the process to reserve a puppy. I was sent several emails to keep me up to date on the progress of my puppy. I used the ground transport and they were wonderful. She was delivered clean and happy. She is a wonderful addition to our family. I will use Pawrade again when it becomes time to add another addition to our family.

We adopted Bailee about a month ago and fell in love with her immediately so we got her sister Callie as well... these babies are my life. Pawrade made the entire process so easy and they kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend them.

Everything went exceptionally well and the steps were all very clearly stated. The puppy concierge was incredible and made my family and I so comfortable with the idea of getting a dog from a different state prior to ever actually meeting the puppy to check compatibility.

Kind of a detailed process at first, but reflecting back, it was a good thing. It wasn't just a transaction, it was designed to keep the puppy safe. He arrived happy and healthy and made himself at home right away. Eating and drinking and sleeping well. We totally love him. Jason and Lem, the drivers were great and Carli really made it happen.

Firstly, it was so nice to have so many pups to choose from. I was in the search for a Mini Australian (American) shepherd in my area. That was my first choice but there were no breeders anywhere in my area. I wanted to be able to go see the puppy and bring him home myself as I did with my standard Aussie 14 years ago. Since that wasn't an option I started searching online and came across Pawrade. I was trying to find a pup closer to me but they were all hundreds of miles away. As it turned out Teddy B was transported from Missouri to NJ. The young man that brought him to me was very nice and Teddy was in great shape. The whole process went smoothly for me especially considering how nervous I was buying a puppy online. Everyone I dealt with along the way was very personable and helpful. From my experience, I can give Pawrade two thumbs and two paws up from Teddy B!

I was surfing the web and just thought I'd check to see what dachshunds might be available. I clicked on Pawrade, scrolled through the photos and stopped in my tracks when I saw Kendra. I said, "That's my dog!" I'd not heard of Pawrade nor did I know anything about online purchasing of puppies, but I called the number and found Kendra was in Missouri (I live in St. Louis) and was told, when I asked, that she was near Springfield, MO. OMG, that's not so far, I said. So I continued to gather information and from this point on, the people with Pawrade were with me and the scruples with which they handled the puppies impressed me. I knew I would get a good dog. And I did. She's perfect; healthy, and adorable, feisty and cuddly, and loves to play. I am very pleased. Every step told me this was meant to be.

My friends and I had reservations about the service initially because there are so many scams on the Internet. I researched reviews and asked a ton of questions. They were patient and extremely helpful. Great communication! I would definitely recommend this service. I'm in love already with my new baby!

Grace is such a healthy, inquisitive, adorable pup. Her name is Rosie now. Transaction was smooth. I wish I would've gotten to speak with the breeder but other than that I have nothing but good things to say about Pawrade. Communication is great, If I ever get another puppy I'll definitely do it through here. Thanks for such a healthy and happy new addition to the family.

I'm in love with my puppy. The process was quick and safe. I was surprised about how much they communicate with me to let me know about everything related to my puppy plus send me pictures of my puppy.

We are enjoying Evelyn very much and she is settling in as well. I wanted to thank you for an excellent experience from beginning to the end. Your willingness to help us obtain her quicker than most do was greatly appreciated. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and my husband was so happy he cried when I gave him his new pup. If there is anything I can add, it would be that you should make sure your breeder is forthcoming with all their pets injuries. Our vet told us Evelyn had a broken rib that stands out on her left side since it grew back that way. We love her, but should have known this before we paid $2.010. You should make sure your next buyer doesn't experience something like this. Also, the one month free pet insurance was not offered to us because we live in SC. If you offer this as a part of the service the buyer receives you should do something for the folks in SC and NY.
Fell in love with pictures of a little girl cockapoo. She's 7 months old. She is very bright and loving. The downside is communication with different people at Pawrade was confusing. We choose to drive to N. Indiana to pick her up at breeder. A beautiful home & building. She was loving and gave kisses. Took her to vet next day. His comments included she was smelling of urine and her ears had not been cleaned. Should we ever buy a puppy again we would go locally where the puppies were held and stroked by adults and kind children. We could tell there were many puppies and probably all the breeder could was feed and attempt to keep pens/crates picked up.
