Terrible and costly mistake. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY TO ANYONE. Dog was infested with Fleas and constantly whined whether it was in the crate at night or had free range throughout the house during the day. Every potty walk this nightmare of a dog tried his best Houdini escape act from the collar and leash. Further dog either had difficulty with bowel movements outside as he did his business more inside. The BREEDER should be ashamed STEALING MONEY like this. I'm on S.S.D.I. Fixed income and the cost of $2800 between purchase, fees and transportation. Is five mortgage payments. This should be a crime. I will devote my time now to discredit Pawrade and that SHAM of a BREEDER. Thanks for your part in allowing me to trust online purchasing

Our original contact with Dan was great. However we did experience some frustration regarding receiving a final invoice in early August stating that if full payment was not received by the due date of the invoice, there would be a late charge assessed. We did not pick up Primrose from the Breeder until September 2nd, our final payment was submitted on September 1st. With regards to picking up Primrose from the Breeder, we had to remind Pawrade multiple times that we were picking her up and not to have her shipped to us. Furthermore, once notified that we were picking Primrose up ourselves, it took multiple requests to Pawrade for the address and confirmation that the puppy would be available on the requested pick up date. The address and confirmation was not supplied to us until the morning before we were to pick up the dog.

Everything went well even though I was concerned after reading some of the reviews. My puppy is a true delight. She is learning to be a therapy dog for elderly, disabled patients. She brings great joy to them and to me! Thanks for the good communication while Evelyn was in transit. You all did very good work!

Communication once they got my down payment became less than ideal. Most the service seems geared towards getting the sale, after that it's intermittent and largely based on your breeder

I cannot tell you guys how grateful I am to have found you and to get the playmate and puppy son of my dreams. He is quite a joy, and he is very loving and companion. The customer service was brilliant guys were very passionate and everything was done in a professional manner, now the only thing I would say is the time that you have to cram things in order to get the puppy seen at the vet and sometimes that could be a little overwhelming in between work schedules and things of that nature but overall this is a great place to obtain any puppy son or puppy daughter to put in addition to your family it's even great because you're able to finance the puppies there also give you a 30 day pet guarantee. I just love the way that everyone stayed in touch. I just love the way the documents were sent over by email to send them back . Everyone was just great and when my puppy arrived at 4 AM in the morning with Steven. They were very loving and very caring with my pup. Thank you.

Pawrade is so awesome! They made the selection, purchasing and transport of our puppy just SEAMLESS. The whole team is so helpful, answers EVERY question and is always available. I can't think of a better way to get your new puppy, knowing that breeders are vetted carefully and everything Pawrade offers is superior in terms of coordinating communications between you and the breeder, arranging for the transport and providing so many helpful resources to get prepared for when your puppy arrives. As first time pet owners, it just demystified the whole process for us as we really didn't know where to start, and how to make sure we find reputable breeders and what to do when we welcome our little doggy home. We're absolutely in love with our new pup! All in all, this experience was a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend for people who want an easy and safe process for getting a dog. I am very happy with my new puppy Drax… He is definetly a bundle of Joy! This was my first time ever using a service like this for a puppy… I have to be honest and say there were breaks in communication and unclear times when Drax was available and then pressure to have one day to put do6 rest of payment… I was thinking this was a total scam company the way it was handled. Luckily it wasn't and everything worked out eventually but as a new buyer I would have appreciated a more streamlined way or better communication on how things were unfolding…. Other than that I am going to give Drax the best life I can! We have already gone on walks every day and visited a lake where he waded in and played with my sons dogs… We are going to have a great life together.

I am not happy with Pawrade , the way puppy was handled during tha travel was pathetic ! I see that the puppy's is not used to sunlight and if we take him out for a walk , he is always tired ! He is scared of veichles and especially red color ! Really not happy with the services

Howard said you offered a phone call to talk about our experience. That would be great! Please identify a date so we can be sure the time works with other appointments. The delivery team did a great job during the delivery and this is so key to an effective experience. QUESTIONS: Is Iker/now MAX an English or American Cocker Spaniel? There is an aggressive side to Max that makes us wonder about possible injury or abuse. We and the vet found a healing wound in the neck area. Kathi found another in the back leg hip area.
