From the time I selected Jason to the time he arrived, everything went smoothly. Payment, transportation and communication by everyone was awesome. I just got back from the vet for his wellness check and he got a wonderful seal of great health. Jason arrived very clean and although I gave him a bath anyway, he took the bath well and did not panic. Upon settling down with him and introducing him to my 4 other dogs, he did not hesitate and was open to playing already. As a matter of fact, the other 4 dogs were the ones afraid of him because he chased each one around the back yard. I would definitely go to Pawrade should I want another puppy.

Baron is a joy and a pain in the butt at times. H e managed to take all the dog toys out of the basket and put them under my kitchen table where he then plops himself down in the middle of them and goes to sleep, if there is one toy there are a dozen of them . All in all, he is great fun and a lot of company.

I have to admit that, at the beginning, I was a little hesitant on getting the puppy over the internet. but from the very first contact with Pawrade that feeling disappeared, the service and dedication of all involved help me not only understand the process but also gave me certainty that I was working with people who take the wellness of the puppies to the next level. Ours was love at first sight and couldn't wait to have him home, s, obviously i made a couple of mistakes filling the forms, yet, they helped me to make the necessary corrections and have everything in line, at the end all worked out very well, he was delivered to my door in good spirits and health. fed and clean. Working with Devin, Cindy and Carli was a delight and can not thank them enough for all the help, assistance and dedication they showed to me. Now the puppy is at his forever home.

The process was fairly easy, however I was assigned a concierge, a travel person and another customer service person and despite having all of these people, communication was severely lacking. My puppy was due to come home and the day before they called me to tell me she had to be treated for puppy parasites (fairly normal according to my vet) and she may not be able to travel the next day. I come to find out they knew she would not be able to travel the next day, but didn't let me know definitively . I had to cancel a scheduled vet appointment. On her travel day there were many canceled and rescheduled flights and we weren't sure she made her final flight and I couldn't get in touch with anyone. After many emails, texts and phone calls, I received a text that simply said "proceed as planned". So unprofessional. With that said, we are in love with our puppy and she is just perfect!

For the most part it was OK, mostly because I am happy with my puppy. I felt that communication was very difficult at times. Delivery methods caused Giardia in my new pup and this is complicating training as well as socialization.

the Breeders were deceptive about the weight of the sire...they had him at 7lbs and when I got a picture of the sire he looked much larger so I asked why the discrepancy and they cam back saying the sire had gained weight and now weighed 10lbs (that's almost a 50% increase in weight in just a few weeks at 11/2 years old I don't think that's possible)...I was already in love with the puppy so I let them scam me....grrrrr

I was so nervous purchasing my girls online with all of the scams out there but Pawrade made it very easy they were there every step of the way and made me feel at ease with the whole process. The things they offer (30 day pet insurance and 3 year health guarantee), the information and directions given really shows they care about the puppies and that they want them to be taken care of properly.

Puppy arrived safe and very healthy and happy. The communication with Pawrade and the transporters was top notch. Be sure to tip the transporters. If you forget text them and get their Venmo. I was so excited forgot to give them the cash I had for them.

We had such a great and easy experience with Pawrade. I was reached out to immediately to answer all of my questions and was communicated with on a constant (but not overwhelming) basis. The puppy arrived when scheduled and is happy and healthy! The Metlife sign up was also incredibly easy and makes me feel a lot more comfortable in case anything happens in the next 30 days. Overall, highly recommend this service!

I've never had an online experience for purchasing a puppy and I was a bit weary at first, but Pawrade made the entire process very comforting and helpful at every stage. A company that truly cares about the puppies and puts their well-being as the primary concern. I am so excited to meet my new puppy, Blaire, now named Sadie. I was extremely disappointed to learn that Sadie came from a known puppy mill in Missouri. The Customer Service Rep told me she is coming from their "signature" breeder. But I researched the breeder, and read this kennel is on the 100 Worst Puppy Mills list. I never wanted to support a puppy mill and that is why I chose Pawrade. My puppy is wonderful, so sweet and loves to cuddle, but at 5 months has received no training except paper training. She is fearful, mostly adults so I spend a great deal of time building her trust in me. My vet expressed a concern about her genetics because her teeth and weight did not match her birthdate. I am feeding her around the clock to help her gain weight, also, she was missing one vaccination for Parvo. The rep told me she was accustomed to riding in the car, but that proved to be wrong. I love my puppy - but I do not recommend Pawrade.

The whole experience was made easy and kept you updated and informed along the way! Everyone I dealt with from the beginning until my pup was delivered and even after that was very nice and helpful. I would have given a 5+++ if it wasn't for the 72 hour vet appointment. It was impossible. My vet for over 30 years (85 miles away) couldn't squeeze in a puppy well check. I would still recommend Pawrade and use them again! 🐶
