The transaction went smoothly. From my initial viewing and speaking with a concierge to receiving the puppy it was great. I got constant updates on everything along the way and my amazing Shiba Inu (name: Amira) arrived healthy and happy. The reason for the four stars is the communication and contact after receiving the animal were minimal. When communication is so personable during the sales pitch, it should be on the post-sale as well. It shows you care about the animals and the customer's satisfaction. Just one call from the concierge would send that message. No animal lover would feel you are interrupting their "new family member's" arrival. (CRITICAL NOTE: Do your research on this breed. I was lucky to have raised a Siberian husky two years prior. A Shiba Inu is just as brilliant, muscular, adventurous, twice as stubborn, and ridiculously courageous. These pups fear nothing, which means supervision 24-7/routine discipline training/sleepless nights. Absolutely Worth It!
Just thought that was a long drive from Indiana. I think should get discount for longer have to wait.

Everyone was very friendly and eager to help. The reason for the 3 Stars, information from our travel liaison was very slow to come in, which caused unnecessary stress. Purchasing a puppy should be fun and exciting, not stressful. I am very happy with the puppy we chose. she is in good health and seems to have been treated with care. Breeders seemed like very nice people. I would use this service again.

There were a few technical / communication glitches with the service, but they connected me to the exact dog that I wanted, from a reputable breeder, and transported her safely across the country to me. She is healthy, so sweet, beautiful, and the exact dog I was looking for for my family.

Extremely smooth process. Loving my puppy. She came in a great shape and the driver was literally holding her and handed her over. I was surprised by the fact that the breeder did not connect with us, we also did not get any contact information about the breeder and so no history at all. The payment processing company charges a lot for convenience fee, definitely there are better options out there, but the process was very obstacle free. Why does powrade excludes banfield? I am baffled. Nevertheless, again, I did receive all the medical records and puppy came microchiped already. Thank you! I am likely to use powrade again.

We changed Dotties name to Brookie and she is the light of our lives. She is very friendly, smart, affectionate and is everything we wanted. Shes gone fishing and kayaking with my oldest son and she has the run on the yard with my other son.
she is a very cute little puppy and smart, just have to work on potty-training more

What a wonderful experience! Pawrade was very professional. We picked out our puppy online and were sent regular photos weekly. (What a wonderful way to totally fall in love before actually meeting!) Our puppies breeder was in contact with us, after it was "a go". We had so much confidence in Maximo's care and love received before he was delivered to us. We could not be happier!

Amazing experience! The process to adopt was handled with professionalism, courtesy and efficiency. The breeder was amazing and provided so much information and credentials, along with a helpful starter kit of goodies to help my pup in his transition from her home to mine. Along the way, Pawrade staff were always there to answer questions and guide me thru the adoption and transport process. I'm currently holding my new furbaby thanks to everyone involved. I cannot believe how wonderful this whole experience was. I was really nervous to buy a dog online, but she is everything our family could have ever dreamed of, and more. She is exactly as described, the pictures were great, and the staff handling inquiries did a good job communicating with me throughout the process. She arrived safe, happy, clean, and smelling great after a slightly long road trip using the ground transportation service. We couldn't be happier with our new sweet girl.
