This is the best place to purchase your little fury baby. Customer service is by far the best ive experienced with online service. Any concerns or question were answered right away. The entire process was flawless, which was much more than I ever expected.. we had a little furry baby flown in and picking her up was the easiest experience and the crate she was in was perfect and cozy. Great experience, I would recommend. The process was smooth and secure. The 3yr health warranty is awesome! We drove about an hour to pick up our puppy, they were right on time. And I was pleased to be able to see photos of my puppies parents and their pedigrees. My only suggestion for improvement is to have less people involved in the transaction. I think there were 4 or 5 different people giving me different types of info (the 72hr vet check, insurance info, etc.). One point of contact would be nice.

I purchased a beautiful golden retriever puppy through Pawrade. When he finally got here, he was exhausted and in shock. I did the van transport. If I were to do this again, I think I would choose the flight option instead. My parents also got a puppy and they got to travel together. They did arrive with some kennel cough, but they're doing just fine after getting some meds from their new vet.

We were nervous whether this was a scam but decided to take the chance. After reading many of the negative experiences primarily about having the puppy delivered, we decided to fly and pick our puppy up ourselves. We are so happy we did. We met the breeder and our little Boston Terrier is so happy and has such a great personality. Overall great experience from start to finish. Pawrade clearly communicated with us about what to expect and when. They answered all questions quickly and offered several methods to communicate. Highly recommend. They even give you a pet insurance policy.

Transaction was very easy I ended up picking Davidson up at a later point because of personal issues. So far everything seems to be working well there was a small issue that the vet pulled up and what I understand all of the bills will be covered.
