Draya (now Callie) arrived safely. Pawrade was great. Our vet was not happy that breeder started vaccines at 2 weeks instead of waiting until 4 weeks -- said a puppy's immune system may be compromised when vaccines are begun too young. But that's on the breeder -- not Pawrade.

I was very nervous at the beginning of the process of buying a puppy on pawrade.com. However, when I was on the phone with Emma at Pawrade, she was patient and talked me through every step of the process, going above and beyond to help me understand the entire process completely. From there, everything was handled for me. Once I got my puppy, she was PERFECT! I am incredibly happy of my decision to buy my puppy from pawrade. It was my first time buying a dog online, and it went very smoothly! :)

I adopted a mini golden doodle from pawrade, I love the fact that every single personnel I interacted with was very helpful and acted so in a professional manner. Larry made sure I was connected to the right puppy, Alisa and Rene were very helpful in providing all the necessary information. My puppy is beautiful and healthy. I would not go anywhere else if I were looking for another furry friend. I highly recommend Pawrade to whoever is looking to adopt a dog. No hidden costs.

We had an amazing experience from Pawrade from the very first phone call (that was suppose to be just informative), to very quickly reserving our puppy right after, through using the puppy transport and having our sweet girl in our arms within 2 weeks - prior to Christmas to surprise my daughter! Everything went so smoothly and we felt extremely supported every step of the way. Our little family addition is absolutely amazing, is sweet, well tempered, and just fits right in. I'm so happy we went through pawrade due to all of the support, communication, and transparency! Highly recommend.

Oh what a cutie and so so lovable. I was less than thrilled with communications with the travel group and would have appreciated a more personal interaction. That goes for the entire transaction. I am confused about the insurance coverage and I do have an appointment this morning with the veterinarian. Please let me know what and how to get this settled. Will it cover today's visit with Surfside Veterinary Clinic here in Oceanside? Please help me get whatever I still need to do accomplished. Again, less than stellar communications and contact. Sorry, but I'm 75 and don't do "mobile everything" quite so well. You guys have a great product and charge a of money but I am disappointed with the less than personal touch regarding communications. Our black lab passed away this past November and we were all devastated, it was unexpected. I was re searching on labs near me and found pawrade. I was skeptical but after reading the reviews and talking to the concierge I could tell that, yes people have to work for money, but they also really lived what they do. They were responsive, informative and easy to work with. Our puppy arrived right on time to our front door step and it was Avery special moment. We can never replace our moto man but this special golden is helping us heal and that is priceless. Thank you to the team at pawrade! Happy Hollidays!

Our experience with Pawrade was fantastic. All questions were answered quickly, and all are concerns addressed. Donna Conner was especially nice. The Wags on Wheels was wonderful transporting our puppy and gave us lots up updates as Teddy traveled his way towards us. Aaron and Silas were fun as well as informative about the trip. We will certainly recommend Pawrade . Great job. We love our new furry friend.

Ridiculous amount of paperwork with redundant communications and no method to print signed documents. Too many people contacting us that added identical and misleading information. Horrible coordination to get the puppy which was misleading and cost us reservation rebooking . Fantastic CKCS tricolor.
