We are having a wonderful time with Faust!! He is a super sweet and funny puppy. We have renamed him Finnigan. He loves playing and runs outside like he's trying to beat the 50 mph wind blowing outside. He was delivered safe and sound and was playing in about 1 hour from his arrival. Thanks for your diligence and for the smooth delivery. Finn is a keeper!! He's so much fun!!

Was a prompt delivery and great transaction. Pawparade kept me abreast of things between my breeder and chose puppy the whole time and our new Xmas puppy arrives as planned and in great condition and health despite her 2.5 day travel to us. Would use these guys again as they definitely took a lot of the pain and frustration out of finding a new pet for us.

Pawrade was very responsive when we expressed interest in a puppy and stayed in contact until our puppy started her travels to us. They are not allowed to give breeder info ahead of time which is reasonable, but when we googled the breeder once we received our puppy, we were disappointed to see the first two articles that popped up on this breeder were about the caged breeding. Didn't seem to fit the no puppymill pledge. No one from Pawrade reached out after our puppy was delivered to ensure we were satisfied

Everything was wonderful with the exception of the condition of her Maddie Mae now. If I had known her arrival condition I would never had her driven, I would have chosen to have her flown in. It took 2 days of her driven, she was petrified, smelled horrible and matted. I gave her a bath right away. The driver who was wonderful advised me they could not let the pups out and relieved themselves over wood chips. With the said and done, she has been to the vet, groomed and is very happy and bubbly in her forever home. I love her so much.

Getting my puppy through Pawrade was a wonderful experience! I had never gone about getting a puppy this way before, so I was a bit nervous and skeptical, but everyone (especially Lois!) stayed in close communication and updated me every step of the way. I felt prepared and confident when Sunnie arrived home!

It was weird buying a dog sight unseen, to bridge the gap we requested video of the dog - which was emailed to us promptly. Although it was extremely low quality it did the job. I wished we got more high quality pictures - like one a week would have been great. It is hard waiting for a dog that you pay upfront for. I also wished it was possible to talk directly to the breeder. All messages are funneled through Pawrade. I guess I just wanted to know firsthand who exactly was raising the puppy and in what environment. It is not that pawrade didn't provide all the info I requested just more of a personal desire to talk directly. I didn't mind paying the Pawrade markup, as I wouldn't have found a blue merle aussiedoodle without the website. The website helps cast a very wide net, it is invaluable. All in all our experience was good; professional and timely communication, easy payment, good travel coordination /delivery, and most importantly a healthy good tempered puppy.

This was way harder than it needed to be. Our breeder did not adequately prepare our puppy for life outside of whatever the environment he grew up in. He was obviously raised to go to the bathroom…where ever. A leash was foreign to him. Getting over these two hurdles has been tough but thankfully he appears to be a smart puppy. I would not recommend this breeder and wish Pawrade had done a better job in vetting them. As for Pawrade… the communication left a lot to be desired. I could see that they didn't know everything about the breeder. We had hoped for a FaceTime or zoom meeting but Pawrade didn't know he didn't offer either. Communication from the breeder to Pawrade to us was not great. We felt frustrated and in the dark most of the time. Trying to get info was difficult as the breeder was not forthcoming. We talked on the phone with our breeder in one short phone call. Overall this was a frustrating experience and should have been a heartwarming one.Transport team great!

Pawrade and staff are outstanding. Everyone I worked with was so knowledgeable and helpful. I'm a big believer on great customer service and Pawrade is TOPNOTCH. Everything was so easy and simple. Thanks so much to all the staff at Pawrade for everything. I and my wife's Christmas was made so much more special with our new addition. It's only been two days since his arrival and we feel like he has been part of the family for years. Emmanuel is a total bundle of joy. I wish everyone at Pawrade a very happy holiday season. Although some of the individuals we were in contact with were very pleasant, I found it very hard to get information after the payment transaction was made. In addition, there was gray area verbiage in the contract about flight of the pet which resulted in us flying to pick up the pet ourselves and be charged $100 more fee to cancel the transportation transaction when it was unsafe to transport an animal in low temperature conditions. The risk also not being able to receive the pet timely if weather continued to deteriorate (which it did). Poor customer service reply times after several calls and emails. Once you reached someone, they were very nice though. The puppy paperwork did not reference the same name and it caused the vet confusion as well. We are enjoying our new family member , but probably would not purchase here again. Very best regards.

Received a healthy puppy. Transportation had issues with weather and overbooking. On the third attempt flight nanny drove to Chattanooga from Atlanta. Drove back to Atlanta boarded flight to Tampa. Puppy not stressed went smoothly.

The people I worked with were delightful and helpful. After making my purchase I would have appreciated even more hand holding, but I was essentially very pleased. My pup's first Vet visit confirmed that my little guy was in excellent health, and I couldn't be happier.
I am so pleased with this process! My baby girl was delivered safely and happy! I would definitely recommend Pawrade to friends and family.

Pickup was smooth and easy. Was given food, blanket and toy, to help our puppy be comfortable for travel home.
