My experience with Pawrade was great! The customer service was amazing, from the emails to chatting with reps. I absolutely love m new fur baby. Although it was a little pricey, I have no regrets and would do it again!

The process to adopt our sweet Birdie was super easy. We received plenty of information from the outset and had constant communication from the time we initiated the adoption until she was delivered to our door. Everyone was very helpful, always answered our questions honestly, and we couldn't have been happier with the process.

It wasn't as good as I hoped. everyone gave contact numbers, But never returned calls. However Morgan helps us and we did get our girl. We were to meet with breeder but that didn't happen, it was upsetting but final results we got our dog. Thank you

Overall I think this went well,, however,,I wasn't ever told when my pup was coming,,,until I received a call to tell me she was at the airport!!! I had to rush (2hr.drive) to LAX,,,then over I hour to find her and another (2 1/2 hrs.drive home) I would NEVER use a mail order dog service again.

My initial consult by Tara was absolutely awesome. Wait, it got better with Tara. She took it above and beyond and actually helped make the sale by completing all tasks i asked. With Breeder follow up and just and overall wonderful person. Tara is a Gem...Kudos to her and she should be recognized for her efforts. The Concierge process by Cindy was not good. She actually had my pick up date mixed up with another dog and blamed it on being blonde and being up since 3a.m. Which put me in a bit of a panic not knowing what date to pick up my puppy, as I was driving 6 hours to retrieve him.. not happy with her at all... She never followed up after her debockle as I went back to Tara and she handled it. Lindsey and Alisa were awesome with follow up.

+5 (out of 5) for the pug who arrived safely after being driven through 7 states with 14 other dogs. The delivery people did their jobs and were kind and courteous having driven winter highways for a week. I must also say that trying to buy the pug must have been like trying to apply for the CIA, for it was cumbersome, difficult and invasive. The pug is excellent in all ways. He is worth every penny and we are happy to be part of his pack.

Got my puppy in about a week from start to finish! Communication was great throughout the entire process. They gave me additional pictures and answered all of my question. I had asked for air transport, but the breeder only did ground transport. Despite that, my puppy arrived safely from Indiana to Massachusetts in about 3 days. We renamed her Brûlée and we love her!

We had a very pleasant interaction and transaction with Pawrade staff. They responded to our inquiries in a timely manner and answered all our questions. The flight nanny (Dennis) kept us informed during the puppy's journey and we are very happy to have her.

I would love to have given Pawrade a stellar review except they broke the #1 rule in customer service - the customer is always right. I should explain - I paid for a puppy and the very next day Pawrade ran a special promotion of $250.00 off. So I asked for a refund of $250.00 which seemed fair imo. I mean this was like 12 hours ago come on Pawrade. You blew it.

Fantastic! Received great help and information. Purchase and contracts were easy. Only thing keeping me from putting 5 stars is a misunderstanding that happened at the Pawrade side of the deal was not communicated back to me in a timely manner. Thankfully the puppy transport service got back to me asap to clear it up and kept me from worrying!

The process was chaotic with multiple people involved. All information I received on our puppy was last minute. I did not like the 3rd party process, but our puppy is priceless! She is wonderful and we are thrilled to have her!
