The staff at pawrade made everything about this process incredibly simple. They are in constant communication with you throughout the whole process and do their best to answer every single question in a timely matter. They really want to make sure that your mind is at ease throughout this process and send plenty of information not only about your puppy but how to prepare for his/her arrival. I highly recommend pawrade just for peace of mind knowing that you and your puppy are in good hands with them.

Everyone made the entire process easy! I felt included every step of the way and had all of my questions answered in a timely manner! I was having mixed feeling with everything being online, in all honesty I initially thought it was a scam and even then everyone was so understanding.
