It took us over a month to get our puppy. Made the payment on 3/19 but did not see her until 4/26. Poor communication and misinformation about delivery date and health status. Our puppy is beautiful and Peter was very helpful but I would not use this service again.

Stephanie, we apologize for the delays in your pup's travel. As you know your puppy was scheduled to be delivered earlier, however when Chloe went for her final vet exam she was not cleared for travel. To ensure you received a heappy & healthy puppy, we had to delay travel until she had a passing vet exam. Once again, we apologize for the delays but they were in the puppy's best interest.
