The communication was great from the start. Puppy came as expected. The wags on wheels delivery was awesome. The puppy was very well taken care of and very socialized by the time we got him! 🐶
Jade Warner was excellent. Transportation via Pampered was good but had trouble communicating with us. I only had 45 minutes to get the house ready for the puppy! Communication with Pawrade on weekends needs to improve. Questions are not answered over the weekend which can be frustrating especially when transportation and general questions are involved. Otherwise a really good experience!!!

I am so impressed with how professional pawrade was. Everyone walked us through the process step by step and even took my call on a Saturday. I was delivered a beautiful sheepadoodle and we just adore her. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone.

We Love Sam. He is quite timid yet but is already learning the No command and His new name. We are using Peepads for Him to do His business. He will pre on it but most of the time choses to poop on the kitchen floor. Easy to clean up/tile. He goes for His Travel Exam at the Vet Tues May 2nd at 230. He will have the same Dr our 2 other Boys had. I signed up for MetLife Ins for Him yesterday. Finalize on microchip tomorrow.
We had a scheduled meet up for 9am. We got a hotel right next to the meeting spot. Being excited for the new pup we arrived early. I'm sure this is normal because they arrived early as well. They even offered to take the photo we have to take for confirmation. Quick, easy and safe feeling exchange!
I have nothing but good to say about the entire process. All of the staff were so helpful, the breeder followed up by phone, The delivery staff was very attentive and the puppy arrived in great shape. I would highly recommend your company to anyone. Thank you for all that you do.

Riggs came healthy, happy, well groomed, obviously came from a great place & he is so happy and adjusted so quickly as if he knew we were his family. Non of the warnings about stress or health has occurred and everything was a smooth process. Great to still warn people but I didn't experience anything I was warned about. Thank you so much Pawrade I'll be recommending!

From the first time I saw Bailey's picture on Pawrade till the day I had her in my arms everything went smoothly. I am a first time dog mom and the whole team was very helpful, answering all my questions and walking me through the whole process. I now have a beautiful, healthy puppy of my dreams. Our two bundles of Joy arrived today! I could not possibly imagine anything to make the pre-delivery and delivery any better. This new puppy mama was ready!
Love our puppy. Got her about 10:45 last night. Today she is full of pep, running around and playing with her toys. Had her bath and vet appt on Tuesday. She loves our collie, Bentley tolerates her, and runs in the yard with her. She fits in just fine. Thanks!!!

Tiana is not only beautiful she is also sweet and loving. She's very smart and has already learned to sit down and walk on a leash. The employees at Pawrade could not have been nicer. A special thanks to Michele who took her time to find me my perfect Pomsky.
We are so grateful for Pawrade. This service is so responsive, helpful, and on top of everything. Our new Puppy Delaney, which he kept the name the breeder gave her, is absolutely perfect. She is not quite "laid back" as the description mentioned, but she is a puppy and that is to be expected. I cannot thank Pawrade enough for everything they have done. The ground travel went smoothly and was completed on time. I am so happy to have my new puppy and would 100% use Pawrade again in the future.

I should have researched Pawrade more because I didn't know we would have help throughout the process and in choosing our perfect pet. Luckily, the sweet boy we did choose is perfect for our family, but please know there are representatives who are there to help prior to making your big purchase. My fault. Once I made the purchase I was happy with the detailed communications I received from the team at Pawrade. We chose to have our boy delivered to us and although there were no updates or communication while traveling, we were pleased that the drivers drove both day and night to get the pups to their new families as quickly as possible. Overall, we are happy that we went through this company and we love our sweet, healthy, and happy puppy.

From the start to the end, it has been a wonderful experience. Our puppy was exactly and more of what we have expected. Thanks to the entire organization from the breeders to the drivers!
Online portal was very easy to use, puppy just as described. Breeder was good to work with.
The entire experience in getting our puppy was amazing. Process was smooth, easy, and w are so happy with our new puppy. We received a totally healthy, playful bundle of joy.

I've been very pleased with Pawrade since my first phone call. Rene set up an appt so I could speak with the breeder about my puppy before I purchased him, and throughout the whole process everyone has been on top of things and communication has been great! My puppy is all up to date with all health needs and vaccinations. Dakota with the puppy transport was awesome. I'm very happy with my experience!
