I had some trouble with glitches in completing/submitting electronic docs but your reps—Peter, Lois and Nicole were very helpful over the phone. Special shout out to Peter. Aaron who transported Theo was outstanding and the puppy is all I hoped for

Iris new name is Lizzie she is the perfect fit for my Homel. Settled right in has already learned to use doggie door to out to the backyard, but has a little problem getting back in. I'm in love. her Vet visit went well. She is having a little problem with new doggie food her stools are close to diarrhea but I'll give it a little while longer then change if I have to.

The customer service was wonderful but I feel the buyer should be able to talk to the breeder. It is hard picking a lifetime friend from a picture. You do not know what you are going to get. If I spoke to the breeder I still would have purchased Rue but I would have traveled to get her myself instead of a Nanny. The Nanny did a great job but again I would have traveled myself. Once I spoke to the breeder after the fact I found out she would have brought Rue to the airport. That would have changed my decision.

Everything went as planned. I sis a local pick up in S.Carolina. Im from Maryland, met the breeder and brought home a beautiful puppy

The dog I purchased from Pawrade "Elsa" died in transportation 3.2.22-3.8.22 buyer paid ($3900 purchase $699 transportation and $1300 vet bills) Elsa I rate F! Transit Neglect unavailable weekend staff, withholding information, dishonest vender, missing daily log records, no transit group communication (breeder, buyer, driver, staff). My daughter was physical ill, my life was consumed dealing w/dishonest incompetent pawrade venders/staff and the vet hospital was threaten-handled unprofessionally. There is nothing to rate with Ariel. Breeder gave Ariel to my daughter due to the death of Elsa and she was put on Pawrade site afterwards! Breeder booked transporation through Go Go Pets (not affiliated with pawrade) buyer paid $1465 and Go Go Pets handled successful transit and delivery. Pawrade asked breeder to have documents signed but Pawrade did not handle the sale, purchase, transit or delivery of Ariel.

Best website to buy a dog. They even groomed the dog before he came. I've seen pets with higher prices at pet stores that offered much less then what this site provides. I have recommended this site to so many people so far. Fabulous job!
Our pup is awesome, he arrived healthy and we love him. Getting him was not as smooth. Our pup is 6 months old already and large, so could not fly. We chose "Pampered ground delivery" which is done by a third party. I get that they need to take multiple pups to make it worthwhile, but they assured us they will take an efficient route so the pup doesn't spend too many days stuck in a car. Our pickup was on a Tuesday in south Missouri (I am in CT) and they provided GPS tracking. After heading straight north to Minnesota/Wisconsin, etc we were given an estimate of Friday delivery. I woke early Friday and our pup was less than 2 hours away in southern NY, close enough to drive to if they had provided any notice. Instead they went north, through NH, to Maine, then Boston and Cape Cod, circling back to me at 2 AM. In the middle of the night, terrified, confused, with an extra 18 hrs of driving, is no way for a new pup to get introduced to a new home. That stunk but we love our new pup.

Customer Service Reps were outstanding! Friendly, helpful and cheery. Purchasing/ Information Reps not so great. Friendly yes but not very informative, neither were the Transportation Ground Delivery Reps! He was delivered in great condition but no carrier was provided after paying $700 no carrier was provided. However the Driver was exceptionally friendly and courteous but the only drawback was communication and Delivery Time-3-6 am, not a good time to deliver a puppy. Text messages with the Driver were ignored and only text when he was dropping him off. I was informed by Metlife that Thor was picked up on his due date but was not given a receiving date until two days before delivery Friday which thank God was changed to Saturday. As a working person I need to know in advance when he would be delivered in order to arrange taking that day off. Thank God I work with very understanding, accommodating people. In conclusion it was not the best, but not the worst puppy purchase I have made

Lira is everything we had hoped for. She is very energetic and loves to snuggle at tv time with her dad.
Pawrade made it easy to adopt my new fur baby. They were very responsive and answered any questions I had during the adoption process.

The puppy arrived last night in good health and is as cute as can be. I did find the transaction pretty frustrating, however. I would send emails and rarely get an answer. There were no phone numbers to call with questions. I received emails that were duplicates of previous emails many times. I had no idea which ones to respond to or not. The puppy arrived with earmites which makes we wonder about the vet who examined him before he left. I bought the puppy on March 1st but he was not delivered until March 14th. During a lot of that time I was dearly hoping I wasn't scammed. I think a little more contact by a real person would have allayed my fears.
