We love our little puppy. My only complaint was she arrived at 11:30 pm which made me nervous. Also didn't like that 2 men drove a van and had to delivery so many dogs.

This is my second purchase. My first beagle purchase went Fantastic. I can't say the same for this purchase. Don't get me wrong I love my beagle. BUT the delivery part I was less than satisfied. If I can make a suggestion. When a puppy is available for purchase and if it need to be delivered, I think that it would be a good idea to give the estimate date of the different deliveries BEFORE someone makes the purchase. I bought the puppy but then after paying all the fees is when I was told it would be about a month later before I would receive him. If I would have know upfront maybe I wouldn't have been so frustrated.

Loved the whole process, all my questions were always answered and I loved being able to track my puppy on the plane! Once he arrived it was a quick process. There is a wait at the airport of about 30mins after he landed but I'm sure that's completely normal. Our puppy Bingo is healthy and amazing! He has his wellness check tomorrow, and my family and I are overjoyed to have him in our home! I advice everyone to make sure and read all the information that's provided for you before your pets arrival, it helps a lot.

Communication was very good. When we needed help we were contacted by text even on the weekends. My husband and I want to personally thank, Kelli, Nicole, Tina and Shannon for making this an enjoyable experience. We just love our new addition! Feel free to use us as a reference.

My older dog is a rescue dog so I was very apprehensive of purchasing a puppy through a website. When I saw Bailey, she looked just liked my parents old dog they had though and my heart just knew, so I researched the site and went ahead with purchasing my now furever puppy. They give detailed instructions, were extremely helpful in answering my impatient questions, sending updated pictures of Bailey and keeping me informed of all the steps along the way! I forgot how exhausting puppyhood was but I was correct that Bailey is definitely but furever pup and my other baby boys new sister!

From beginning to end our experience was wonderful! Delightful and knowledgeable staff working on our behalf at every step. Most important was the health of our precious puppy. The delivery guys were terrific. They had cared for the puppy well over a four day period. She arrived happy, clean and in excellent condition. Our vet was impressed at how healthy she is and all the shots and micro chip! She said whoever cared for this puppy did an excellent job! Clover is happy and very loved. Thank you so very much!
I would recommend purchasing through pawrade to anyone!! All of my liaison and concierge people were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I highly suggest that you require the breeder to use Pawrade's transport company. Sadly, my puppies breeder did not! She ended up being transported with 39 other puppies, got into an accident and was impounded by animal control. I had to drive almost 18 hours in total to get her released from animal control (who thankfully saved these poor dogs) and brought home safe and sound. Pawrade suggests that you use there transport so PLEASE for the health and well-being of your fur baby, listen! Even though my horror story was out of their control, Pawrade did everything they could to help and assist me. They even refunded my puppy travel fee! They're amazing!!

I can't say enough about how great my experience with Pawrade has been. Simply amazing from start to finish! They really make you feel secure and share a wealth of information to help you prepare for you little fur baby. Everyone I spoke with was always kind and courteous, will go the extra mile to make sure all of your questions are answered. I am so grateful I found them. My puppy flew from Missouri and was in perfect health, no worms or any other conditions, my vet was pleased. I had been scammed twice before finding Pawrade, lost over 700.00 so I was quite gun-shy to say the least. Please don't second guess using Pawrade, I will use them again for sure. Wonderful experience...I promise you won't regret it!

Pawrade and all their representatives are great! Each time I reached out it was almost no time for an update! Colton is home and has already settled in, in just one nights sleep! The overall experience was fantastic… great communication with pawrade and the breeder! The only deltas for this transaction was the description and to what the puppy came with. The description was listed as male puppy but was a female,(female was what we wanted) the puppy was listed to have a microchip, no microchip in the puppy. The microchip was thought to be included in the overall price? Princess is adapting to her new home. She was a big hit at our veterinarian visit "everyone of the staff wanted to take a picture with her" she's a real cutie pie!

I love my new baby (Huck) "Ben" He is so loving and adorable from the first he entered my arms. We are already joined at the hip. He is smart and is learning ever minute. You did great. I admit I was scriptable ordering online but it was a great thing. Thank you Mildred
The service provided was excellent. The message system was very beneficial. All our questions were answered in a timely manner without having to call and be on hold and could contact them when we had the time. Mystique is so precious too!

It took me a while to decide on a breed and then a dog. Parade's customer service is great when you finally get the right agent. I will things were a bit more flushed in the sense that you were able to know who the breeder is, where the dog is located from the start, and even a tracking system once the dog is on his way. Other than that me and my new puppy are very happy.
