The transaction went smoothly, I think there was too much paperwork involved at the drop off. Pawrade didn't do the best job explaining to the breeder what was needed when we met up to exchange the dog.

Overall, the experience was good and I have a very happy, healthy and energetic puppy. Only thing I would have done differently was picked him up myself over using the delivery service. There were large communication gaps when it came to delivery that were a little scary because I'd never used a service like this before. If there was a way to improve communication between the Pawrade representatives and the delivery people that would improve the experience exponentially. I love my lil pup though, he's amazing!
Wonderful Company, from the time we were interested in our puppy to the time he was delivered to our front door everyone associated with Pawrade, ( Breeder, Lisa with transportation) are WONDERFUL!!!! I would highly recommend Pawrade.

We had a great experience. There was a lot of communication and up front pricing on how to obtain our puppy. We received regular updates and pictures right up to her being placed on a plane.

Everyone at Pawrade was attentive , reassuring and thoughtful. After having fallen prey to a puppy scammer, I was nervous and suspicious, Pawrade was just the perfect medicine for my hurt. Now I have a love bug in the palm ( literally) of my hands.

We love our puppy - she arrived happy and healthy. Y'all do a good job, just one thought: maybe you could pare down the process and send fewer emails and texts. I found it very confusing.
My wife has been watching her mother, currently 92 years old, for the last 6 years. Her mother suffers from dementia and does not communicate very much. My wife was living with her and had a sister that relieved her two days a week. She has become extremely lonely and needed love more than anything else. She now has that love in the form of Katie, aka. AVA. This little Maltipoo that you introduced us too is truly a fountain of love. My wife has been crying from happiness for the last three days. As a result of the many stories of people being victims of fraud I was very afraid. I had nothing to worry about the puppy was perfect and delivered to our front door. Thank you!

My family loves Gucci. We really appreciated all the hard work and effort that was put in to help ensure we received Gucci. Although there were a few bumps on the road, literally, Gucci made it safe and we are very happy. Our nanny delivered him safely and we are overjoyed with emotion and happiness. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone looking to get a pup, you guys are the best.

I love me new little guy... He was as promised very sweet and well adjusted To people you could tell he came from a loving breeder. This was the first time every buying a puppy this way. I have to say I was a little worried, but the staff answered every question. The Delivery service was sweet and kind as well. I will use and recommend pawrad from now on....
A bit unusual to buy a puppy this way - never before have I "ordered" online -site unseen - but things went like clockwork and we are very happy - ok only 5 hrs into dog ownership - but love at first site. Very responsive team - thanks Lindsey and Renee
Five star service. Only complaint in the upload of documents. Some are through pet pay which on a mobile phone you cannot upload documents. Some documents are uploaded through parade emails which seemed to work. This is most likely operator error on my part. All in all a good job. New puppy is very happy.
Easy and fast process throughout the entire time! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a new puppy; whether it be for new owners or looking for another addition.
