Pawrade worked out great! I tried to find a rescue and then a breeder and it was really frustrating. Pawrade does all the work and made the process simple. When I found "Lila" I knew she was the one. As soon as I put in an info request I received a phone call and the process began. I waited a week to make a final decision, and I couldn't stop thinking about that pup's sweet face! I was anxious about the transport arrangements and timing, but although a little delayed, Lila arrived safe and the van driver was very nice. We did find out at our Vet appointment that our puppy has giardia, which is a hassle, but apparently common. Other than that she is a happy, healthy girl full of spunk! I'm so glad it all worked out and our pup is in her forever home.

Wow!! just amazing... I was looking at the puppy on the website and dropped an inquiry. This was at 7:00 pm pst on Saturday and I was surprised that I received a call from their agent just in a moment. I would definitely like to mention that agent, Janell, who guided me through all my questions over the phone calls and also via message centre when I had any later. I had many questions and doubts in my mind being a first-time dog owner, but all of that was eased up by prompt answering which made me decide to go for it immediately. We got Jaxon, and we are just loving him. Extremely satisfied with my newly added family member and Pawrade team in deciding, sharing information and concierge.

Pawrade did an amazing job helping me get my new puppy. He arrived within a week of purchasing him. He is the best most loves me little guy I could ask for. He came with a clean bill of health as promised and I couldn't be happier with choosing pawrade. They made everything so easy and communicated with me daily. They even followed up a few days after arrival to check in on us and see how he was adjusting. I al very pleased with pawrade and will definitely be using them for all future purchases.

Through Pawrade we were able to find our beautiful and lovable new puppy. Sara F. was so kind and helpful guiding us through the entire process, helping us feel secure and confident through each step! Our new puppy, Lisette, is so adorable and it's quite evident that she was well cared for. The most difficult part was the traffic jam on our way to JFK! Thank you to everyone! We are so delighted to have our little Lisette join our family and we love her already!

The service and responsiveness of the support team was excellent. I would say that some of the electronic communication confuses the situation somewhat, but all-in-all everything was great.

The first dog they sold us was already sold to someone else. Didn't find out until the kids had their heart set on the dog. We also had trouble getting photos of the parents from the breeder.

Jessica, at any point in time it's not uncommon to have multiple people inquiring about the same puppy. We cannot hold a puppy until payment has been made. Unfortunately in your case, someone reserved your initial puppy before you decided to move forward. We never try to push you to make a reservation until you are 100% ready to move forward with the commitment to bring home a new puppy. In the end, we are happy we were able to find you another happy & healthy puppy!

We had a great experience with Pawrade. The breeder was great and we love our new puppy, Tula. She's a mini-assuie and couldn't be cuter. Descriptions were very accurate, and we loved the weekly updates until we surprised our kiddos with a road trip to pick up the little lady. Highly recommend Pawrade. Only recommendation would be to publish where the breeder is located on the original post for the puppy.

Our experience was overall pretty smooth.. I think the anxiety comes with having to wait to get the puppy after all the paperwork and payment is taken care of.......... We did change his name to Yoda Sims-Thomas....lol
