You guys are the real deal, she's perfect!!! I took a risk, but after reading all of the reviews, I'm so glad that I did. Pawrade is nothing short of a miracle for my family. We have been searching for the perfect pup for almost 2 years and the search has finally ended. Everyone is so friendly and the process was unbelievably seamless. My beautiful beagle puppy arrived and is enjoying an afternoon nap to transition in after her flight. She is sweet, happy, curious, playful and we've so thrilled. The pet insurance is active and we are one happy family. Thank you everyone at Pawrade! I will recommend you to anyone looking for a pup.

We had an excellent experience getting our puppy thru Pawrade. They put us in contact with the breeder who answered all our questions. We were able to video chat with them to see our new puppy. The paperwork was easy and we got numerous updates until our puppy arrived. I would use this company again.

Love our new puppy. The staff, from my first click on Pawrade, was so kind and helpful. Nothing was left to chance. Very safe, and professional at all times. Delivery was excellent as we watched her journey on the app and met her in the driveway. Seamless transition.

I would love to say, y'all did a excellent job with getting me my new best friend, this was the best Christmas present to myself that I have ever gotten myself, I did rename my dog, his name is Max 🐶 and he loves me so much, the transition and getting him to me..went very well, I am in Pennsylvania and he was in Ohio, and it's been a week today since we've been together..and we are very very happy, again y'all did an excellent job in getting us together, and him being my new family member, thank you so much ..🐶🐶🐶🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️

I will be brief. The Pawrade team was excellent and provided great customer service, no matter what hour of the day it was. The breeder on the other hand was a nightmare to deal with. I'm just happy that our new puppy is happy and healthy and that this process is over.

I was a little hesitant to work with a breeder so far away, but I couldn't be happier with our new puppy. He's sweet, calm, and so smart. He was delivered by the private nanny with care and was clean, well brushed, and overall well taken care of. Highly recommend Pawrade.

Sidney is great and so pleased to have him as part of our family, a few comments that hopefully will be helpful: 1) would have been better with one primary contact person and to understand process better (Pawrade, PetPay, PetJet) 2);no opportunity for breeder contact, differences in puppies (how to pick one over other litter mates), no video clips, details on behavior, unable to see info earlier on breeder info, exam week before, etc. Sidney has an undescended testicle, verified by our vet, would not have altered our acceptance, but would have wanted info prior to finding out after delivery 3) flight nanny- poor communicator, had to ask her for simple things, like behavior, last pee/poop, never went over any papers, handed us a bag and said nothing further for us to do and left 4):no explanation of registration, form in bag, still not sure of the value Thank you, Paul

I was skeptical that this was authentic. But found that through the process this company is very authentic. The staff has helped me through the whole process. Patiently answered all my questions. Communication was excellent. I would truly recommend this company if you are looking to get a new pet. If I'm ever looking again I will use them and recommend them. Thanks for helping me. We are so excited to get to learn our new family member.

Great interaction with Parade, I recommend them to anyone looking for a puppy. Our concierge, Dan, was always available to answer questions in a very timely manner. There was no pressure while we were deciding, and once we did we were put in contact with our breeder who made sure we felt prepared to bring Ina home. Ina is a sweet girl who came already crate trained and mostly potty trained even at 11 weeks old! She has fit right in with our family and we are so happy to have her.

I was so nervous about purchasing a dog online, until I came across Pawrade. They had quite a selection of Corgis. I saw Bentley and fell in love! When I called, I spoke to Peter, and he stayed on the phone with me the whole process! Everyone involved with the process was very helpful, and the breeder was so kind to send Bentley off well with all needed paperwork, instructions and even a holiday treat for him!
