The experience with Pawrade was the best. They are very professional and they keep you updated throughout your experience. They give you all the information that you need to receive and initially care for your new fur baby! The personal ground transportation is the BEST. The personal care that is shown to you as a customer is top rate! I would recommend this company if you are ever in need of obtaining a fur baby, they are the VERY BEST.

Pawrade Communication and customer service is poor, they dropped the ball a lot. Wont use them again, but our puppy is adorable and we love her. Don't ignore the negative reviews, they are legitimate and something to consider. My husband and I feel that going through a third-party should've made things less stressful, but unfortunately that did not happen while working with pawrade. Breeder was nice though and gave us a great pup.

Hello all This Company is so professional and the communication was a Five Star from the beginning to the actual meeting to the pick up from the nanny. I najme my new baby GigiBoo she and my other baby are getting along great so far she is so active and a great eate. I have only a few concerns she has a cough and her ears seem to be bothering her scratching them and yelping as if in pain, I have her doctors appointment to go over these issues. The written instructions are very informative and detailed so for a new Yorky first timer owner they are the best. We love and are thankful to have her, Best regards, Sally

We're so happy with Forrest!! Finding, purchasing,and flying to pick up Forrest and his brother Griffin was definitely nerve-racking and Pawrade/ Pet Pay was an asset not only in representing a terrific breeder (who we met when we picked up the pups) but navigating the initial purchase and follow up, including specifics about caring for the pups and recommendations from the breeder with food, nutrition, etc. Forrest is amazing and so smart already within the first 10 days! We love him and Griffin. They're such a great addition to our home. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that after the purchase, it seemed that the ball was dropped during the coordinating of transport/ picking the pups up.

We are thrilled with our new little pup and everyone at Pawrade worked to insure a smooth adoption process. He arrived safe and sound after a long flight with layover on American Airlines and his breeder has checked in to make sure we have all our questions answered. Couldn't be happier!

Hope this work... It would be great if communication with the breeder through pawrade were more transparent. I told them to ask the breeder what food my puppy eats and if she was coming with a vet certificate listing the vaccines. Their answer was one type of food and yes, puppy would come with vet certificate When I had the chance to communicate with the breeder, she told me totally different food and that breeder applied the vaccine, so no vet certificate with list of vaccines. That makes me thing they do not really have good communication between us. Good thing: I got Kylie, she is happy, she is healthy and she is beautiful! We still are grateful with pawrade for making this happen

I have been a dog owner all my life and I am rather picky when it comes to purchasing one and how they are treated. Pawrade passes the smell test. The are one of the most professional pet services I have ever seen. From start to finish, the puppies are transported in a safe and timely manner and the description of the puppy was accurate. We purchased Cole from a breeder in Missouri sept 9th. He was transported sept 18 and we received him Sept 21 ( in NJ). I would definitely recommend this service to anyone interested in buying from Pawrade.

Hello, I'm a little disappointed. This pet was delivered to me at 3 am with a yeast infection and parasites.

We will be in touch with you to ensure your veterinary expenses are paid for in accordance with our comprehensive health guarantee. Puppies can contract these microscopic parasites by simply playing in the grass and even just drinking water. We will continue to be here for both you and Piper until he is feeling better, and throughout your lifetime of memories!
