Easy, informative, no pressure transaction. The team answered all of my questions through the entire process and even set up a zoom meeting of my puppy before I purchased him!
My experience with Pawrade was good overall! Ultimately, they are the reason we have our sweet little Penelope, and for that we are so grateful. The communication was not always the quickest, but it was around the holidays, so we understood people may be taking time off. Everyone we spoke with from Pawrade was very kind and caring. We were encouraged to tip the flight nanny, which was a bit much considering we paid over a thousand dollars for the nanny alone. We did end up tipping him because we were appreciative of him taking good care of our baby, but some people may not be able to tip. I will recommend Pawrade to anyone I know who is looking to bring a fur baby home!

Everyone helped us through the process and made it effortless with transport from the midwest to AZ. We are all in love with him and can't wait for many fun memories together. Amazing service!
I was told 3-4 days of traveling. it came sooner! I have not heard back from the rep, about the vet appointment. The puppy did not come with puppy food nor the blanket that I was told either.
From start to finish this process was very well organized. Everyone was super nice, helpful, and informative. And our little guy is absolutely adorable.
I am very pleased with Pawrade and the whole process of bringing Rocco to his new home. Each representative was extremely responsive and very helpful. This whole transition was better than I could have ever expected! I am in LOVE with the new addition to our family.

Only one suggestion: The pre-delivery notes indicated about not letting the puppy interact with other puppies, and lick things, etc. before fully vaxxed. However, in NYC specifically, puppies are not supposed to even be let out on the street per the vet - so just would be helpful to know that beforehand, OR to recommend people call vets for advice prior to puppy delivery.

This process was great. A number of people contacted us to explain the process and what to do when the pup arrives. Everyone was awesome, responsive and helpful. She was delivered exactly when promised and we are in love with our new puppy.

The best Christmas ever! The entire Pawrade experience was seamless. I searched and searched for the perfect Christmas puppy for my daughter and knew I had found the one when I saw cute Rosie 5 days before Christmas. The Pawrade team was able to work with the breeder to guarantee a delivery of Rosie by Christmas Day. I elected to go with the travel nanny to make Rosie's commute less stressful. She arrive with the nanny on Christmas Eve healthy and full of love. Thank you!

I am very happy with my experience with my experience with PAWRADE. They keep good communication with you during the process. My puppy was delivered to my door.
The entire process was very thurough and well done! We were contacted multiple times by Pawrade staff to keep; us informed on the status of our puppy and what we should exect over the ensuing days. All was done professionaly and with kindness. Wel done Pawrade!
