We have had our new puppy for a few days now, and so far, things are going well. She obviously needs training, but we absolutely love her.

You communicated very well. The only problem was it was handled awkwardly when my credit card address was different from my residence. Should not have been hard. She is a beautiful little dog and very fun. Seems to have settled in well.

Our experience was awesome! They took of our little shorkie and got her her healthy and happy in 5 days. Communication was good and so was the tracking.

A wonderful experience. I couldn't ask for a better puppy than Denver.
It's been 2 weeks since we got our 4 month old puppy and while the service provided by pawrade was excellent, I'm fairly certain our new puppy was abused. I don't know exactly where she came from but she doesn't know how to play with humans, still isn't potty trained, and is extremely skittish if you're holding an object in your hand or raise your voice. It's worse with males. I love her and want to give her the safe, happy home she deserves, but I don't know if she will ever completely trust me or my fiancé. It's sad because she is so sweet.
We love Lilly! The process was really easy - pick your puppy, pay for your puppy and receive your puppy. When I was able to reach someone - they provided answers to my questions, But, the proactive communication was not great. I had to initiate almost all conversations. And, while I knew when Lilly was being picked up, I didn't get confirmation that she had been picked up until a day later. I would recommend Pawrade to others - just set your expectation that you will need to initiate communications.
Everything went smoothly! Everyone that was involved was awesome. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Bentley is home and she is the most precious! I am exploding with love - she is so perfect!!!

If you are looking for a real company to help you find and get your new fur-babby, they are the ones to use! Everything was professional, prompt and courteous service, and ultimately got our baby delivered with care! We are beyond pleased with Pawrade as we were so unsure of who we could trust, but they are not only trustworthy, but were amazing from the first contact until our baby came home. This is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. My puppy is safe and sound in his new home and we are so pleased with the flight nanny for her patience and TLC. Our puppy had a little accident during his travel and she was able to get him all cleaned up, delivered him with a smile. We are also very happy with the breeder and appreciate the constant communication throughout this process. Thank you all soooo very much.
I can not say enough wonderful things about Pawrade. From beginning to end, the communication was outstanding! On top of getting a new puppy, I was also dealing with the sudden loss of my little doggie and the team at Pawrade was compassionate and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Pawrade to anyone thinking of getting a new addition to their family!
In the beginning it was great! The communication was there and I got all my questions answered. When it came to transport which is the most important part for the new puppy owner but I was left in the dark. I just feel like it was more reactive then it was proactive. Now I've have the puppy and I take him for his wellness visit and he has an underbite (which is uncommon in Labrador's). Went to 2 different pet visits and both DVM's said it was a genetic defect. I am very upset to know I spent top dollar to get a dog that was born with a defect that was ignored by the breeder. I except for this to be made right because that is the reason when I used your service so I didn't have to worry about theses things.
Pawrade was a great experience! Found the best golden ever with Payton! They communicated fantastic with every step! I would use them again!
Staff were very patient walking us through the mechanics of their online purchase procedure. They were very good about keeping us up to date with current status of our puppy purchase. They answered numerous questions within reasonable time periods. Puppy care information was comprehensive and helped us prepare ahead of the puppy's arrival.
