The process with Pawrade was relatively smooth. We're quite happy with our new puppy and very excited he reached home safe and sound! We opted for the nanny companion service and I think that eased the stress of traveling and arriving at a new home. One suggestion I'd have is to improve the transparency between breeder and client - we were only able to contact the breeder after the process had been completed. Essential information about the puppy's health, diet, temperament, parent's previous litters etc are all part of making sure the puppy is coming from a responsible breeder. This was information Pawrade didn't have and was something we were able to glean only after speaking with the breeder. I understand there is a no puppy-mill promise with the website but having information like this up-front would go a long way to establishing trust in the process.

Rambo is the best puppy! We are completely in love with him. I love Pawrade. We still have him and around Christmas, he suggested using the service again. Everything went great until 2 days later Tucker is now in the hospital fighting for his life with parvovirus I am in constant contact with Jen Elliot and pray my dog will recover Jen Elliot is amazing She is keeping me sane No one knows how he got it Probably on the trip down that took 4 days

I'm so happy I found Luke on here! I just received him this past Tuesday on 12/29. He was available 12/20, but they were not able to find an available flight before Christmas for delivery. Communication with a liaison between me and the breeder helped keep the info about my puppy consistent, although, some information about his registry records were hard to obtain. His shot records are recent and up to date. However, I found out he did have an ear infection upon receiving him. Transportation was via truck with puzzle piece carriers! He traveled from Missouri to California and it took 3 days for him to arrive, and actually, arrived a few hours earlier than expected! The owners Lisa and Christien were phenomenal! He arrived safe and pre-spoiled! Handsome cute little mini dachshund! I was fearful that this site might be a scam, but so happy I took a chance with pawrade!

The company stayed in contact at all times, our puppy arrived a day early. He was a bit groggy from the ride, but perked up by the following day. The representative, breeder & driver all had the best interest of my puppy and kept him safe the whole way to his new home!! He's beautiful & healthy!! We would definitely use pawrade if we were to adopt another baby, thank you so much!!

I know what you must be thinking...How can I buy an animal from a breeder I've never met? I thought the same thing. With my last dog, I interacted with the breeder directly. I thought it was odd to be going through a service. It turned out to be a great experience. I had lots of questions & requests for more information. Pawrade was able to get all my answers quickly. They were even able to get me video of the two puppies I was considering. Pawrade worked hard to make sure that my new baby got to me safe & sound. They worked with the breeder to see if they could meet me at the airport. When that plan fell through due to travel restrictions with the pandemic, they worked even harder to find flights that came to me directly. I cannot recommend Pawrade enough. If you have any questions about them & their process or about the pet you are interested in & how you will get him/her, do not hesitate to ask. They will answer all your questions with professionalism and compassion.
