front selecting my new puppy to delivery ... Pawrade has been helping and available. it's been a really easy transaction. it takes time, for me it wasn't overnight and I didn't want or expect that. When placing my order for our new puppy, the customer service rep was very friendly and accommodating.The reason for my two star review is based on the fact that there is very little communication between the time of purchase and the time of the puppy being picked up for transport. I would have to make numerous requests for someone to get back to me and I still have some questions that I've yet to have answered even though we took delivery of our new puppy yesterday. I did find customer service to be lacking which is a real shame.

This was a very easy process. Everyone I spoke with was very kind and understanding-and I am a neurotic worry wart. Ziggy arrived yesterday evening and is now resting by my side. If anyone is looking for a particular type of puppy, I would 100% recommend Pawrade.

Everything went quite smoothly. Although I did find it difficult to put down thousands of dollars on a new family member that I had yet to meet. It has turned out well. His new name is Sir Guinness the Menace and he is growing every day. Slowly, but surely he is fitting into our lifestyle. He’s a smart little one who wants to get his own way. Much like any toddler!

We fell in love with Misty Jade (Leilani) from the moment we saw her. She is a sweet and loving dog. We had a few hurdles along the way but nothing serious. They were mostly misunderstandings on my part. All is well and she was delivered today by a wonderful dog service in excellent condition. Thank you, Virginia.

I am extremely pleased with the real communication I had with Pawrade. Multiple phone calls from the people responsible for each step of getting Cookie to us. I could always reach someone with any question to actually talk not relying on texts. I know she was safe and in good hands. Yes, she arrived at 2:30 in the morning but it meant she had the least possible travel time in the crate. She was even bathed before she arrived. Great transport service. Great job, Pawrade.

We had a wonderful experience, adopting our new baby, waffles. We know waffles came from a loving home, not a puppy mill. My suggestion would be to let people know where the pups are located before they buy them.

The people at Pawrade are all super nice people..very, very good. I was notified the pup had an underbite which was fine but wasn’t expecting yeast in both ears and a deformed tail. Our vet says he was either born that way or sometime it got injured and healed that way. He also has a lump on his body next to his front leg which they want to keep an eye on. Hopefully it’s nothing. Don’t get me wrong , we love the little guy with all his little perfect imperfections.. wouldn’t trade him for the world. His brother from that litter is advertised on breeders website for 400 dollars.

We are grateful to have found our puppy, this aside, it was a stressful event Pawrade dropped the ball too many times to count. We were told that our puppy was to be 25 lbs fully grown which was the size we wanted and found out much later that our puppy will be 40-45 lbs. The delivery 3 1/2-4 weeks after purchase was the most difficult part. We would never go through Pawrade again to find a puppy. They will give short generic responses, pretty much saying "deal with it" while claiming that they are doing everything but they clearly aren't. Our puppy had grown too big to fly with their delay so not sure how they finally pulled that off at the last minute but we made a lot of noise towards the end. I honestly believe they would not have shipped her for another 2-3 weeks had we not insisted.

What can I say - where do I start? Every person I communicated with from start to finish were amazing. So helpful, informative, excited for me and continued to offer assistance or go over details again as I needed. Finding my new furever friend though Pawrade has been a breeze. My little one is absolutely perfect for me and my lifestyle. She is adjusting wonderfully, responsive, playful and chill when I need her to be. She's come from a fantastic breeder who I personally dealt with when I met my puppy - great people - so friendly and willing to be of assistance if I had any concerns. My baby, Kiani is super healthy, happy and a cuddler - so much love. Thanks Pawrade!
