We now have a puppy that is wonderful and is exactly what we wanted, a mini Ausidoodle. We contacted Pawrade and they were able to identify a breeder that was within driving range. We did not want our puppy to be transported by a 3rd party. The only issue was communication in that there seemed to be a disconnect between us, Pawrade, and the breeder. Part of the benefit of using Pawrade is the assurance of a healthy puppy. That requires vet visits by the breeder and requires acquisition within a few days or the vet has to re-affirm the health which is a breeder cost. The breeder needed a pick up date, we needed an availability date. (note: we drove 520 miles to get her) It took 3 weeks for the pieces to fall into place. We have our puppy, she checked out healthy at our vet and we are thrilled with the puppy. I am not sure the cost is a value but the result is a priceless invaluable friend for 12-15 years so that makes her a bargain! The breeder was wonderful!

Indigo is such a happy puppy, loves people, loves to play w her toys, is learning about puppy pads, and is struggling w crate training. We adore her and she is adjusting to her new environment as well as expected for her third day. Pees and poops are normal, she will see the vet on Tuesday.

Everything's great the dog is amazing. The only complaint is the company that you guys use to ship the dog. I don't know if it's the company the airline, but it was a very bad experience even when the dog finally got here they kept it at the gate for two hours before they brought the dog to me.

Was going great until delivery wasn't made because of hurricane. Then the communication seemed to fail. Kelly Hall was away and others wouldn't respond about new delivery date. When WaggnTail and Shana took over saying she had picked Teddy up, was the first communication I had when he might be delivered. She stayed in contact everyday until delivery.

Aces (now called Cooper) is the absolutely perfect puppy! We were so happy with the process from beginning to pickup! I highly recommend Pawrade, their staff, and their assistance every step of the way! The breeder was phenomenal in providing information, photos, etc., and we can tell by Cooper's calm and loving disposition, that he was one loved, and well cared for little puppy! Cooper has truly stolen our hearts within the first 48 hours of his arrival! We haven't even heard him bark yet, but he's a charmer through and through! He's a willing participant for a photo op, but expects kisses in return! Although he's only 12#, Cooper loves playing with "the big dog" toys left behind when our beloved Landseer Newfoundland passed recently. We feel so blessed to have been united with the perfect puppy for us! Thank you to everyone involved throughout the process to give Cooper his "fur-ever" home.

Our puppy arrived on-time by American Airlines air cargo and was not overly stressed by the flight ... which was wonderful. He is a beautiful and lovable 17 week old puppy which we instantly adore! The purchase transaction proceeded timely and without any problems. The transaction process was a bit confusing because of all the paperwork, but did not cause us any issues. Knowing all was done to protect the puppy and have him arrive in great condition made it all worthwhile. The Pawrade folks that assisted with our purchase were extremely nice and very helpful and gave immediate responses to our requests. All in all, due to Pawrade service we now have a new adorable, lovable member of our family. Thank you!

Delivery of my Lizzie was wonderful. I was able to track her journey and she appeared to be well cared for on her trip. Not happy that her weight was not accurately disclosed by Pawrade even when I asked her weight. Dealt with Kenny on a daily basis, but after my purchase was complete, there were to many people to deal with.

Extremely smooth process. Loving my puppy. She came in a great shape and the driver was literally holding her and handed her over. I was surprised by the fact that the breeder did not connect with us, we also did not get any contact information about the breeder and so no history at all. The payment processing company charges a lot for convenience fee, definitely there are better options out there, but the process was very obstacle free. Why does powrade excludes banfield? I am baffled. Nevertheless, again, I did receive all the medical records and puppy came microchiped already. Thank you! I am likely to use powrade again.
