Lily is just beautiful and very healthy. I must admit I was nervous to buy a puppy without seeing her in person. But she's prefect. The delivery went very smoothly and they were very responsive to my concerns about arrival. They were very knowledgeable out puppies! And she was very clean, no anxiety symptoms at all.

Working with Pawrade was a good experience. We are not so fortunate with the puppy we brought home, she is very sweet but terribly timid and dislikes my husband a great deal.
I've never had an online experience for purchasing a puppy and I was a bit weary at first, but Pawrade made the entire process very comforting and helpful at every stage. A company that truly cares about the puppies and puts their well-being as the primary concern. It was a pleasure working with them and our family loves our new addition, it's clear she's come from a good home

Delivery of my Lizzie was wonderful. I was able to track her journey and she appeared to be well cared for on her trip. Not happy that her weight was not accurately disclosed by Pawrade even when I asked her weight. Dealt with Kenny on a daily basis, but after my purchase was complete, there were to many people to deal with.
Extremely smooth process. Loving my puppy. She came in a great shape and the driver was literally holding her and handed her over. I was surprised by the fact that the breeder did not connect with us, we also did not get any contact information about the breeder and so no history at all. The payment processing company charges a lot for convenience fee, definitely there are better options out there, but the process was very obstacle free. Why does powrade excludes banfield? I am baffled. Nevertheless, again, I did receive all the medical records and puppy came microchiped already. Thank you! I am likely to use powrade again.
I have to say I was so impressed with pawrade. There was fantastic communication at all times with them and the breeder. My Bella (Flower) is an absolute doll, and you can tell the breeder took great care of her. I used the pampered pup delivery service and they were great. Kept me informed the whole way. Bella didn't seem at all upset by the drive home. You can tell she was treated wonderfully. I highly recommend pawrade to anyone looking for a puppy. So professional

We received our puppy Maximums in the middle of the night by two lovely young men. Maximus is beautiful and growing every day. I would love to send pictures but I can't seem to do that on this page. Rochelle at Pawrade was an amazing person to deal with. Even though I am Pacific time and she Eastern (I think), Rochelle seemed to always get back to me quickly. I appreciate her kind and cheerful follow up emails. I will absolutely recommend Pawrade to other families looking for their forever pet.

After researching many websites I decided to work with Pawrade - and I am certainly glad I did. The 🐶 I found was exactly what I was looking for. So many things fell into place with the 🐶 that I knew it was meant to be. The customer service I have received has been spectacular. The staff has been responsive to all of my inquiries. The personal touch of receiving a "how is everything going" phone call was very much appreciated!

After picking my puppy up and taking her to her first vet visit, I have no doubt that this puppy came from a puppy mill. For starters, only after purchasing the dog (paying FULL price) through your website and waiting until 1 day prior to scheduled pick up was I given the breeder's information. I was given no information on the breeder's practices or pictures of their facilities. I should have known that this was a puppy mill situation at that point - but then the breeder would not let me pick the puppy up at their facility nor was I permitted to meet the parents and I knew there must be a problem. No reputable breeder keeps people from seeing their dogs or their facilities. When I picked the dog up, she was completely filthy and smelly. I took the dog to my vet today and she has ear mites. The dog is also being fed a brand of food that no one I have spoken with recognizes, including my vet. After this experience, I have no confidence in Pawrade and would never recommend them.

The Pawrade customer service is excellent! The whole process of adopting my puppy went flawlessly, from pictures to updates on the travel situation. Everything was on point & my puppy arrived in great spirit & shape! Thank you for a wonderful experience with all the staff who were involve. Much appreciated! :)

The communication with our family was truly exceptional, especially when there were a few airline glitches (no fault of Pawrade). We were continually updated. Everything was exactly as they said it would be. Every question we had was answered immediately. The puppy arrived happy and had a sweet demeanor.

Customer service and available dogs were top notch. Arrangements on transportation of animal less than adequate. Site says typically 2 weeks and your pet is at your door, but Its obvious that waiting for more dogs to travel at once is more important than getting your puppy to you in a timely manner. I'm fine with that it is a business, but let your customer know that up front. We ended up having to pay 800 for shipping and drive 22 hours round trip to get our puppy.

It was weird buying a dog sight unseen, to bridge the gap we requested video of the dog - which was emailed to us promptly. Although it was extremely low quality it did the job. I wished we got more high quality pictures - like one a week would have been great. It is hard waiting for a dog that you pay upfront for. I also wished it was possible to talk directly to the breeder. All messages are funneled through Pawrade. I guess I just wanted to know firsthand who exactly was raising the puppy and in what environment. It is not that pawrade didn't provide all the info I requested just more of a personal desire to talk directly. I didn't mind paying the Pawrade markup, as I wouldn't have found a blue merle aussiedoodle without the website. The website helps cast a very wide net, it is invaluable. All in all our experience was good; professional and timely communication, easy payment, good travel coordination /delivery, and most importantly a healthy good tempered puppy.

Couldn't recommend Pawrade enough! We were very nervous to get a dog thru a third party, but trusted the reviews and hoped for the best. So glad we did...every single person that we interacted with throughout the process was amazing. We've had Lilly since last Christmas, and been in love since the moment she arrived! She is the sweetest, most playful little fluffnugget and has filled our home with so much joy! She clearly came from a respectable, loving breeder...thank you Pawrade!

I am so pleased obviously with my puppy but also the continuous communication that took place. I was aware of each step that would take place and efficiencies and friendliness of the staff members. It made me feel that my interests and concerns were their responsibility. I would highly recommend this company.

Extremely pleased with the transaction and the adorable aussiedoodle. She is so sweet and loving. Communication was very good up until transport. They need to communicate better with the buyer during transport. I wanted to Rate a 4.5 but that's not an option so I decided to rate a 5. Thanks for the awesome pup. She is a welcome addition to my family.

The carrier was very pleasant and gave us an update on how she did for the ride. Let us know how she was eating and going potty. Gave us some left over food, and was on his way. I'm very happy that she was so good and happy for the entire ride.

I can not thank Pawrade enough. After a horrible experience with a Facebook scammer we researched reputable companies and chose Pawrade. Their communication was very prompt and useful. They talked us through every step of the process. All representatives we communicated with were friendly and awesome. We collected Champ today from the airport and we were super happy with that part of the service. We are in love with Champ, our new 8 week old Aussiedoodle and appreciate everything Pawrade did to help us. Highly recommend them.
