Odessa is such a sweet puppy. The transporters took very good care of her. She was clean when she arrived here. She is adjusting well. Emily was very helpful doing the process. This is the 2nd time we adopted our puppy through Pawrade. It is obvious to us that these puppies are well taken care of by the breeders because they both came healthy, happy and full of love to give. Our most recent puppy was a little bit older but she has not shown any fear of people or other dogs. My family and I couldn't be happier with our decision.

The process was fairly easy. I did express not wanting to support a puppy mill since Pawrade appeared unwilling to ask the breeder for photos of the puppy's living arrangements. They did eventually ask when I made comments of backing out and sent a photo "from another litter." I requested multiple photos and videos before placing payment and taking the risk. Communication was lacking after we reserved the puppy - seemingly on the breeder's side. The delivery team was great at responding and keeping us updated on the pup's arrival! She did arrive as expected, healthy, and cleared her vet check!

Puppy I received was given a clean bill of health by the breeder’s vet in spite of having a heart murmur and a scar to the left eyelid which may necessitate surgery in the future. Neither condition was disclosed to me by the seller. This constitutes bad faith and is worthy of consideration imo, but Pawrade doesn’t see it that way. Here is there response to the eyelid scarring: “ Upon review, there are abnormal findings related to the left eye. These findings suggest the possibility of old scarring resulting from a prior injury;….Your veterinarian has advised that if this condition poses any issues in the future, it will be addressed at that time.” Old scarring from prior injury??? First, puppy was 8 weeks old when I got her, so the injury is fresh. Second, if the breeder had told me that there was scarring/injury which might require surgery in the future, it likely would have affected my decision. Ditto for the heart murmur, which the breeder “missed.” Disgraceful.

We are so in love with our puppy! She is full of personality. I was a little worried when the guy from puppies express said they ran into a ditch on Sunday but I took her to our vet today and he said she was fine. It was a wonderful experience except for hearing that! But she is a delight and doing well. Already bonded with me. She will be spoiled and loved for sure!!

While the customer support during the process was good and my messages were answered, the overall experience was very poor and the high cost does not match the level of service. My puppy arrived with a parasite and has been quite ill for over a week while I have also spent close to $1,000 for treatment. The guarantee only covered $60. Additionally the microchip is not ISO certified so I will need to get a new one, and the 1 month insurance is void in New York. A lot of mis-advertised information. The pup itself is adorable though.
