Healthy and happy Puppy, the process was smooth, friendly people. Sometimes it was not straight forward with communication (we did never get foto updates even though we were told to get them). Breeder information was very basic only. Overall the puppy counts, and she is healthy, social, active. So we are happy.

Pawrade did a great job giving us a list of everything we would need to be prepared. That said, we went out and bought the specified food for our pups only to have them delivered with a different type of food. Also we were told the puppies would come with a blanket and toy that smelt like mom; didn't happen. Pups are awesome though and I'm glad we were able to get what we wanted.

Trying to buy a Beagle ,we ran into so many scams ,it was nice to do business with a legitament company, who had the dogs welfare as it's number one priority from beginning to end at delivery.

We did confirm the AWB number provided to you was correct, you can check this on the tracking on your puppies kennel. However, American Airlines was unable to find you via the AWB Number because of an issue with their system. We apologize that Reba came home with ticks, most flea and tick medicine isn't safe for puppies until at least 8 weeks of age. Some of our breeders prefer to wait until the puppies are even older. Please make sure to submit your vet paperwork from your 72 hour wellness check to PetPay. We'll make sure Reba stays happy & healthy for years to come.

I was so excited to see how simple the process was. Fairbanks doesn't have a large selection of breeders for his breed and I assumed getting a puppy from the lower 48 would be too difficult or unsafe for a puppy. They made the process easy and responded quickly to my many questions. Now I have a happy, healthy addition to our household! We are so excited!
