Had wrong area code so we only received 2 Hour Advanced notice that our Two puppies Martin & George were arriving ! We were thrilled to get them and the 2 drivers were so sweet, kind & professional ! We renamed Martin ... Teddy And ended up keeping George's name! Both puppies are sweet, fun Never Ending FUN🎉🧸💞 They never stop playing with each other, getting both was a great idea!

I felt like I was given a bait and switch. This is not the dog I picked. This dog's name was Dezi. The dog I ordered was Francesca. This doh has bleeding eyes. Francesca did not. Also this puppy has had diarrhea for the last 3 days. I got meds from vet but she is not feeling well. I'm very worried.

Our puppy Maia (Tizzy) arrived with a double ear infection and bronchitis. She has since had two types of parasites. She is very lovable and smart but I hate she has to go through this and all the meds she has been on.

The time line is hard to keep up with. Picking my puppy up on a Friday & having to have a vet check within 72 hrs is hard. I'm not able to get her to the vet until Mon. I want to enjoy my puppy & we both are tired & I need to do the post arrival checklist. As soon as I sat down at home I fell asleep. I fell stress because of this.

Overall I think this went well,, however,,I wasn't ever told when my pup was coming,,,until I received a call to tell me she was at the airport!!! I had to rush (2hr.drive) to LAX,,,then over I hour to find her and another (2 1/2 hrs.drive home) I would NEVER use a mail order dog service again.

Francisco and I were extremely happy 😊 and greatly appreciative of the help and con ern we were shown. I needed a lot of help navigating all the forms needed and they helped me get through it all. Everyone was kind, cheerful and knowledgeable about the process and worked hard to keep us informed and up to date on all that was happening. We have already started telling family and friends about how great we were treated by Pawrade and PetPay and how through and competent everyone was from start to finish, as well as after Choo Choo (Leandro) and Mundo (Joey) arrived at their "Forever Home". Great selection for puppies and a lot of variations on different hypoallergenic breeds. The reason why I did not rate 5 stars was the lack of some answers to my questions on various topics. Thank you so much on giving me everything he needed like food, a bath, and pamphlets as well as all the preparation for his arrival. Overall I would recommend this organization to those who are looking for something that could fit certain specifications.
