I just want to say a big thank you to everyone involved in helping me with Rip!!! This is truly the best way to ever purchase a puppy just in knowing that it was being done the right way. Everyone from the first person I spoke with (Joseph our Puppy Concierge) to Shannon (our Travel Concierge) to Renee (our Customer Service Liaison) and Jade (who followed up on Metlife) were all so very kind and knowledgeable and patient with all my concerns and questions. We did take a road trip to pick up Rip so I was able to meet the breeder who is wonderful and was able to share so much more with me about him. I feel like they are all a part of my family and that means so much to me. I will be recommending Pawrade to anyone looking for a new puppy! Lots of hugs to you all from Melody and Rip!

I am so impressed with Pawrade! Everyone is so helpful and kind. The process was fast but very organized and a lot of attention to detail. We love our bich poo, Daisy (Ashley). She's full of energy and brings us so much joy! Working with Pawrade was very helpful. They kept us updated on her progress. The couple who transported her to us were so friendly and we could tell that they loved and cared for the puppies they transported. A couple of negatives would be that duplicate information was often emailed. It got confusing. The second would be getting the puppy to a vet for a wellness check within 72 hours of delivery. It is difficult to get an appointment when one doesn't have a confirmed date of delivery. Also, our puppy was delivered to us late on Friday night. It was very stressful trying to find a vet who could fit our puppy in.

We met in Indianapolis . Blanch, who's name I changed to Krickette was a happy puppy! I just love her!! She couldn't be any cuter! We are working on training and she is doing great! She is very smart. Everything went well and I am very pleased

Devlyn was wonderful to work with. He is a great representative for your company. Paula, Ariat's breeder, was so caring and kind. She answered all of my questions before, during and after the adoption. Her granddaughter was there when we met at the handoff and was very sweet and kind. I could tell that Ariat had a great start in her life! Thank you Pawrade for my sweet newly renamed Biscuit!
Seth is a great puppy. He is pretty much house broken already I have to leave him in a kennel when I work and since my roommates are out of town this week he has to stay in there 13 hours ….. But he hasn't had an accident… he plays with his toys with me with my socks! He sleeps with me during the day I couldn't have asked for a better first puppy! Thank u so much…. I will definitely refer u to ppl looking for a puppy

Our experience with Pawrade and Petpay was great! I want to give a huge 'THANK YOU' to Shannon and Amanda for helping us through the process of adopting Kelsey (Ellie) and providing us with information and support we needed. Kelsey (Ellie) arrived in good condition and health which was a major concern of ours shipping via air travel. The reason for the four star rating instead of five is based on misinformation and lack of information from the breeder. Overall, the experience was great and we are so happy with our new Fur-Baby, Ellie!!

Pawrade was great to work with from finding the right puppy for our family all the way through the delivery, they are very responsive and friendly, our representative Shannon especially! Searching for a new puppy online can be very stressful due to all the scams out there however she went above and beyond to get all questions or concerns addressed quickly to put me at ease. Everything went great until 2 days later Tucker is now in the hospital fighting for his life with parvovirus I am in constant contact with Jen Elliot and pray my dog will recover Jen Elliot is amazing She is keeping me sane No one knows how he got it Probably on the trip down that took 4 days
