For the most part my experience could not have been better. The one exception is Aurora M., who was to be my puppy concierge. I tried to reach her all day on day 1 by email and voicemail. Finally, connected midday day 2 with breeder call set up that evening (request pics & answer ?s). On day 3, I called leaving messages for Aurora to get pictures. Finally, around 2:00 I called and Renee my travel concierge answered saying that Aurora was on vacation. She took over and worked with Jennifer getting my pictures. She then basically worked as my contact going forward on all matters. She did an excellent job on any and everything. Thanks so much helping me get a wonderful puppy.
