Process was smooth and puppy came to us healthy. Overall happy with the process. One confusing part is too many information venues- email, text link to communication site, and text messages to puppy concierge - many same information in email and communication site and Pawrade website. Very difficult to find necessary information quickly. In addition, Occasional slow response or no response was not appropriated.

From the first to last step was planned and executed just as planned! The entire that we communicated with was informed and had extremely good communication and the personalities of each individual we spoke with gave us a stressless and seamless experience in acquiring our new family member. All went so well. The only thing I wish could be different would be to get papers with all important information especially when trying to set up a veterinarian especially when setting up first appointment. Beside that I found every person I dealt wit to be very good at what they did. I will highly recommend Pawrade to anyone who has interest in attaining a dog.

Carli Rivera is the best. she was so good at answering questions and follow up. my dog came all the way from Missouri to Orlando and the transportation company was kind and i got to track entire thing. It was smooth process and dog is happy and healthy. talked to breeder too who is lovely and said call anytime w questions. Highly Recommend. Would request Express Puppies for transport. Owner soooo nice and drivers.

I am so in love with my new fur baby Kyro! He is so sweet and precious! From reserving him to learning all about him and his breed to travel and finally in my arms, the team assisted me every step of the way. They assured me he would arrive safely which he did and they supplied me with all the need to knows before he arrived. How to get him adjusted from the long travel, along with all of his records and a month free of pet insurance. l I felt very prepared. Lastly I was updated every step of the way from the transportation company while he was being transported. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone looking to add a new puppy to their family!

I have been scam by another company I have to say pawrade team were excellent and I believe they went above and beyond with their services. Even the team that delivered the puppy were awesome. Transport associate, Jocelyn, provided ongoing updates throughout the delivery of Julius to us here at home in Arvada CO. They experienced significant delays due to weather conditions; but continued to provide updates regarding their ETA. Julius was well cared for during their journey. I was nervous about getting a puppy via the internet from a company I had no experience with or verified referrals about, especially with the price of an AKC registered, pure-bred dog. Pawrade did as much as they could to reassure me of their legitimacy and condemnation or puppy mills, and how easy it was to get the puppy I wanted. I did not look over their entire offering of puppies available, just the Bichon Frisé breed that my wife had often watched videos of and cooed over. To my good luck there was an entire new litter freshly listed, with pictures of each puppy. I picked out the cutest (to me) little female, made my deposit through PetPay, and immediately was notified via email that she was mine. I went through the remaining purchase and payment process over the next few days (you can get details of this from Pawrade), and eagerly awaited my new baby furgurl. She arrived in time to be my wife's Chrismas present, with full medical, ancestry, and care documentation. A++++!

I waited for my new bichon baby to get old enough to travel but he arrived last night! In perfect health and disposition at almost 10 weeks old and 2 # 6 ozs picked him at 6 weeks old. The breeder has already called and checked on him. He is settling in nicely.

Her well check yesterday revealed a teeth issue that should have been noted by the breeders vet inspection. I have scheduled her for that to be dealt with Wednesday. It will cost $600-770 Not happy about it.
