This organization definitely has its act together. Their customer service and consistent follow up with with questions is an excellent example as to how an organization should treat customers. Their attention to detail and a clear sensitivity for pet owners and pet owners love of animals was spot on. I would not hesitate using this organization again.

I found all the representatives to be very polite and knowledgeable. It was a very smooth process to get my puppy! The only thing I didn't agree with is their policy about 72 hours to bring the puppy to the vet to keep the health guarantee. I didn't receive the puppy until 2:30 in the morning on a Friday. The vets aren't open on the weekend so I can only get an appointment Monday afternoon which nuils and voids the policy.

I thought you were a reputable coordination house but my experience was anything but seamless. You folks were on top of communications until you got my money. I paid extra $1500 more for service I never received. I never got pictures and videos or any communication reference my dog until 24 hours before I picked him up. I would ask the same question 3-4 times about his dog food but it took 3-4 times to get the full answer!!! I would leave messages and not get answers. I am going to write to the President of your company and report , other than getting a dog, the process was very disappointing. Basically it sucked and I will not be recommending your services. The day before I picked up my dog, I thought I had been scammed. I have a large group of friends and family and I will be sending to everyone I know. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH PAWRADE. The breeder didn’t even have my pup groomed and his nail’s hadn’t been clipped for quite some time. They were very long.

We are completely happy with Nimbus! He's a wonderful, sweet and loving puppy. His health checks were all great and we are full of love for him! There were some hiccups along the way - a weather delay with his flight and a missed phone call that could have got him here sooner; A few misunderstandings, but Pawrade always worked with me to make sure that the most important thing - the safety and health of our puppy - was first and foremost! I can highly recommend Pawrade without reservation based on my experience!

We had a fantastic experience with Pawrade & the breeder Kim. We scheduled to meet up & the plans got changed midstream which was great because Kim was so gracious and awesome to come meet us in Branson instead of us having to go all the way to Les Summit, Kansas, which actually saved us three hours. The only not issue we have is the puppy had been wormed a few times with the breeder & everything looked fine. However, even I took her to our vet the following day and they found she had a bacterial/viral something from a contaminated parasite maybe in the water. After the vet charged me $200 for the well visit, which I expected a well visit cost but then I had to go back couple days later & get the medicine for the treatment and that was another $75. I was told I would be reimbursed & I submitted a ticket with copies of the diagnosis of the feces and it’s been a few days & no auto response which I would have expected at least an ETA on when someone would contact me area for improvement
Everything went great. They kept in touch. And they arrived on time just like they said!! Couldn’t be more happier.

He is the easiest puppy I've ever had and easily integrated with my other Bichons and small animals at home! We absolutely adore him!
