The pawrade team was very helpful throughout the process of our welcoming Pete to the family. He has been a joy since arriving with us last night and look forward to helping him adapt to his new home. The only recommendation I'd have to future buyers is to make sure to spend time discussing transportation options. We optioned for road travel over the flying options and the company that drove him up took a day longer than we originally planned, resulting in our pup spending 4 full days on the road vs the 2-3 we originally thought.

From my first interaction with your sales rep (Devlyn, to our final homecoming , the entire process was easy and enjoyable! We are so happy with our selection and the help Pawrade provided in getting her to us! A special note about Devlyn: He was amazing!! I wont lie, i was a bit skeptical about getting a puppy off this site, but Eric was very helpful in giving information about what pawrade is about and had answers to all of my questions. After this initial phone call along with a little research, i decided to get one of the puppies. Once i messaged them about the puppy named Andy (now Koda), i had an answer within a few hours of my message. All of my questions I had through the whole processes were answered promptly and I am very happy with their services and am very thankful for them for allowing me to have the most perfect puppy ever.
