Love my new baby girl, Izzy! She took a good 3 days to get here but she is just the sweetest puppy and already so trustworthy. I have no complaints with the breeder. He looks like he gave her an amazing home. My only feedback is the carrier service, while amazing, is VERY stressful for the puppies. Expect some side effects until they adjust.

Pawrade was very good and helping us working better breeders. Realize one needs to trust Pawrade to stand behind their core values and standards. While everything did go smoothly the one drawback was the lack of transparency to the breeder. So many questions we had that we will need to find out on our own. I am told I'd be able to speak to the breeder after delivery, which was just today so we'll see. My suggestion to improve service is to allow communication with the breeder PRIOR to your puppies delivery.

I got a boxer and he is absolutely perfect. They said delivery time would be 2-4 days after pickup and he made it to my house in less than 24 hours!! The communication was amazing and everything was very helpful. My biggest complaint is that I was not given the AKC number for the puppy. I needed this to complete the insurance policy that is required. I was not able to finish all of my puppies paperwork and get everything I needed like I should be able too. Outside of that everything with my experience was amazing!

My puppy was seen by a veterinarian before she was delivered to me stating that she had no abnormalities including heart conditions. When she was seen by my veterinarian, 2 separate veterinarians had confirmed she had a heart murmur. They stated it was faint but we will watch. If it doesn't go away, we will have to consult a cardiologist. When I spoke with pawrade, they stated they were not sure if she was genetically tested and that I would be in contact with them and the claims process. I have not heard back.

We were very nervous about using an online site for our new family member-but we had the best possible experience. We spoke to the breeder several times before we brought our baby home, and the staff was so knowledge and supportive. 12/10!!

Everyone was very professional. The communication was timely and comprehensive and there was always someone available to answer my questions. My puppy was delivered to my door in great shape, by clearly a very loving team. The communication app allowed me to have the history of all conversations and instructions.

Everyone I talked to along the way for this process was extremely helpful. I was really nervous since we were scammed previously with a breeder completely separate. Our girl made it to us safely. One item I would provide feedback is getting a vet appointment within 72 hours when we don't know her exact arrival in advanced. In our area Vet appointments you have to make weeks out to get one and if we already have a doctor we trust why would we want to go to any Vet. This should be flexible unless you don't have a Vet already. All in all, it was a smooth process and I am thankful for all those who helped along the way, and answered my MANY questions! Thank you.

If you are comfortable sharing all the information on your driver's license (DL numb.) then this company is the one to go to for your new friend. I first didnt have my DL, then submitted other documentation and didnt work for "validation" (even though I was told it would). The phone number listed is never answered. Besides these incidents the process is very simple, you select your friend, pay, submit your ID, and they walk through the whole process reminding you of what is needed. I felt I knew what to do every step of the way. The delivery ground service is always "on"; they send you a link for the 360 app and you know exactly where they are. Whenever I am ready for another friend I know Pawrade will be on my top list of places to look.

My personal experience started out to be very professional and sympathetic to my needs. As I moved forward and selected my Puppy, then chose a method of transportation. I was very hesitant about transporting my Boxer from Missouri to CA. Pawrade reassured me that there methods of transportation was very safe and professional. I selected to transport my Puppy by Van, only because they stop every two hours for the pups to stretch, and go to the bathroom. This is not true! That Van was going 24/7 with 15 other puppy's making deliveries from Missouri to CA. The two gentleman tried there best to accommodate all the puppies but the pressure to get them to you is very demanding. Now let me be clear, Pawrade warns you that all methods of transportation is stressful on animals, and you sign paperwork stating that you understand. After three days in a crate in the Van, my Boxer pup was delivered, very stressed, and sick with Pneumonia. Next time, I'll go to the Breeder!!!

It took us over a month to get our puppy. Made the payment on 3/19 but did not see her until 4/26. Poor communication and misinformation about delivery date and health status. Our puppy is beautiful and Peter was very helpful but I would not use this service again.
