Great experience! From my first contact, we were given daily updates on when we could bring our new fur baby home. She was transported by car and we were given a life 360 link to follow her ride home. She's more beautiful then picture gave her credit. We love our brindle boxer puppy and so happy for Pawrade for connecting us.

Was fast and the tracking device is pretty cool so that way you are not constantly calling them looking for your dog ...And also we love our little guy couldn't ask for a better dog

We have our bundle of joy. So pleased that we found Pawrade. Was easy and pleasure to work with. Was so patient was so many questions. Helped with every aspect all documentation our puppy arrived safely at our door very reputable highly rated. If you are looking to add to your family please consider this company. We are glad we did.

Pretty disappointed in the entire transaction. Thought we were getting a puppy, but a full grown dog was delivered. (Delivery at 5:25 AM . . . who does that?!) The paperwork we received has 4 different birthdates. We already love the dog, but feel like we got ripped. Timely and continuous communication, via their message service, until we took delivery and complained. Now the communication is lacking. Amazing how that works. Sorry, but I would NOT recommend Pawrade.

The whole process from start to end was amazing! All the liaisons I spoke to were amazing and answered my questions. The process of signing the contract and paying for my puppy was super easy and quick. The hardest part was actually waiting for her to come from the breeder. I would totally use Pawrade again for another dog in years to come.

Smooth, easy process. Great communication and recieved our puppy on time. She came to us healthy and happy. Love that they use life 360 when transporting so we can track the arrival of our new pup. Very satisfied with the experience.

I am very very please and Happy with both my puppies from Pawrade. They are amazing and our Vet says they're "perfect"!! You all made the adoption process so easy and worry free. Even the Travel was awesome. They arrive displaying absolutely no trauma whatsoever!!! Both have gain 4-5 pounds since their pre travel vet exam with the Breeder. Thank so much Pawrade

Our Boxer puppy arrived within the ETA we were given. He was clean, even though I expected my white pup to be messy after traveling from Ohio. We are having fun getting to know Casper, who is now renamed Zander. He is full of playfulness, mischief and is making lots of progress in potty training. Christie with Pawrade support has been most helpful and a great communicator, as was Ashlie. However, I requested an itemized receipt for the purchase of my puppy, as the total came to $373 more than the price posted for the puppy. I now understand that there is a state sales tax charge, as well as a fee by Pawrade, though I was not made aware before purchase. I wanted to see what each charged item was. I requested the itemized receipt over 21 days ago, and have not yet received it. I also want to thank Bobbi and Josh for their great job of getting my puppy to me. He arrived in great condition. Just beware though, there are about 12 pages of "rules" that you must sign and agree to.

Very happy with the delivery and the Driver Tyler was amazing. The week leading up could have had a little more effective communication. I know the breeder is involved in that which can cause issues getting answers.
