Awesome job. I was kept informed of what needed to be done. All questions were answered and all concerns handled. I was so happy to see my little girl. The pet nanny was very professional and sent me a video of her.

Don, Shannon, and Laura were amazing. It was a little bit nerve racking in the beginning but we had the best Nanny ever. She was amazing and kept in touch with me the whole time and took pictures of my new Baby. Great experience and I would do it all over again. Thank you Pawrade. Great Experience. Five star service. Only complaint in the upload of documents. Some are through pet pay which on a mobile phone you cannot upload documents. Some documents are uploaded through parade emails which seemed to work. This is most likely operator error on my part. All in all a good job. New puppy is very happy.

We were new to this process and were probably a little impatient. It all went smooth from start to finish with good communication from Pawrade and Flight Nanny. We are very pleased with our new family member and he feels right at home, we love Him. Thanks for everything, we will use Pawrade again if we decide to get a friend for our new Puppy.

Ran into flight issues for weeks with the first puppy that was purchased. And then the puppy ran away, so I never ended up getting the puppy. So a second puppy was purchased. Fell in love completely. But she looks completely different from the pictures listed only 6 weeks before. Thinner, missing fur spots (not shown in pictures). Was told I would get this puppy on a certain day, then got pushed 24hrs. Then another 24hrs on top of that without me knowing. When dropped off she was handed to me in a paper towel that was covered in pee.

Peter was my point of contact for purchasing puppies and I was skeptical at first but he assured me no pressure and understood my hesitation with all that is happening in this world today. But I fell in love with two precious pups and decided to purchase and I can not tell you how happy and in love I am!! The process was made easier because of Peter and also Shannon who was my contact for travel and communication from breeder as to what would be the best way to care for puppies. Very helpful Very friendly and Healthy loveable puppies!! I will be recommending to others!! Thank you!!

The adoption of Nicky was so easy and actually very enjoyable. I was in constant communication with very caring staff. Nothing was to much for them to assist me with this adoption and the staff carried out everything they said they would. The transfere of Nicky was a smooth move for him and also me. Lisa kept me informed all during the trip. Regarding times and the time Nicky will get home. Thank you everyone. I will have to give the complete psckage a excillent rating.

Skeptical at first, but as I went through the process, I had more confidence in purchasing my first online puppy. I was guided through email messaging by an informed representative. All my questions were answered in depth, coordination of puppy delivery was organized and final arrangements for puppy pickup were directly arranged with the breeder. The breeder was informative, and responded quickly to any questions I had concerning pickup arrangements or details of my new anticipated puppy. My new Chihuahua puppy is amazing, healthy, trained as promised and I would buy a puppy through Pawrade again. They advocated 100% for the puppies new home placement for the pets best security, travel comfort, homecare, future health and vet care information.

We love our Tiny! He's a healthy happy pup! Because he's so little travel to us wasn't as typical as other dogs. Pawrade coordinated everything and went beyond to get Tiny to us safe and healthy! The breeder was awesome and stayed in contact with us. The entire experience was really great overall. Beth and Shannon provided top level customer service and really acted like they cared about Tiny and our experience. I highly recommend Pawrade

I love my new Fur baby he's perfect. The process was very easy. What I didn't like was that I wasn't told that the airline don't fly puppies if it's over 85 degrees until I had purchased. I was told the puppies are in a temperature controlled area, so in my mind why if it's over 85 the puppies can't fly. I used the nanny and it was cheaper and I was very satisfied with the nanny service. The nanny send pic doing traveling. I think you should have more than 72hr to see vet because it's a pandemic. I had a hard time finding a Vet, I did but it wasn't easy. My puppy is health per the Vet very satisfied with my new baby.
