Thank you Pawrade for such a wonderful experience! It's been just over a year since Kylie (orig. Reagan), our mini doxie has joined our family. And what a bundle of joy she's been since we first laid eyes on her. I've shared glowing reviews often to anyone who asked about Kylie and gleam at the very mention of Pawrade. Communication and assurance was nothing short of A+++ positive with all the features offered - discounts, payment plans, health guarantee, questions answered, video meeting with breeder and live feed. Despite our nervousness with her traveling days on the road, it was nice to be able to track her travels. She arrived freshly washed, just fine and sweet and we feel so blessed those guys delivered her in perfect condition. A year later, our Kylie continues to amaze us with her great dachshund personality. We got lucky, for sure. But we are ever so grateful for our experience with Pawrade and the great folks that make it all happen. Mahalo nui!

At first I was nervous purchasing blindly online. One conversation later, I was pleasantly surprised with the helpful woman in concierge. Every step was reviewed with me in detail. All went as indicated! Transport individual very prompt and took time to get puppy set up in it's forever home though on a rather tight schedule! That was appreciated. Now I need to contact Pawrade to finish all requirements other than veterinary related. Thank you from now Teddy and his mom Donna. Excellent service and communication!! I knew what was happening every step of the way and was well prepared for "Frank's" arrival. The drivers were great and with the tracking app I knew where they were and when they would arrive. I will definitely use Pawrade for my next fur baby!!

The travel concierge was not completely transparent with how my puppy would be transported so I could make informed decision on this matter. It went to 10 different states. My puppy was driven 4 days before he got to me and was delivered a sick boy. If I knew the extent of his travel in advance, I would have driven to pick him up myself.

Pawrade made it very easy for my family to get our new dachshund puppy. Keeping up with emails to inform me of the process and getting back to me with answers to my questions. Even transportation to my home was wonderful with the transport company keeping me aware of my delivery time. My puppy has mild diarrhea but other than that I have a smart, beautiful, spunky girl full of love and on her way to being a great addition to our family. Very happy with the puppy and the whole process.
