What a pleasure it was to work with Pawrade. From the first encounter to getting my sweet little boy in my arms was such an easy process. They were quick to respond and answer any questions I had. As well as keeping me updated on the progress of everything. I am totally in love with Nathan (fka Phineas) He has become a momma’s boy very fast! He is the perfect combination of sweet and sassy. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone and will absolutely go through them again when looking for another pet. 🐾🩵🐶

We didnt like the traveling coordinator she did not give us enough information on the dog food.Taking out and how to feed the dog instructions, she told it was supposed to be in the envelope with the dog papers and it wasn't all I got was treated twice a day and that was it. Try to get in touch with the lady, who was making the arrangements for travel\nFor over a week and even my veterinarian was not pleased.

For the most part my experience with Pawrade was a positive one; however, a few things that I did not like were it seemed once I paid my questions weren't answered as timely as they were before paying and the 15 days from paying till actually receiving my puppy. Once picked up at the breeders the transporter made the over 900 miles here in a day. Overall, I would still recommend Pawrade if you are looking for a new best friend. They are legit and I now have my precious new puppy whom I am absolutely in love with already!

Wag on wheels were great However your website does not let you see previous msgs and I would have to call and get vm and no one responded for basic questions.... Also one of your reps set me up and didnt apply Mommy 10 code so I am out $$$$ I love my new baby and so glad she got here safely,,,

First off the puppy was starving and thursty. I asked the driver to take a picture of the dog. He replied no. Gave me one time and kept switching it. Confusing because I work 7 days a week on the night shift. I cannot take a day off I will lose my job. It killed me to get here in the timely fashion for them. When he got here he was friendly and business like which was great. I didn't like the fact that every time I text them or him, they replied at the end of their tax gratuity is welcomed and appreciated. I think that is very cheesy and unaprofessional. If I feel like tipping I will do so. I chose not to tip because that was thrown down my face. They wanted a tip but yet couldn't take a picture of the dog at least one picture I asked for. I have gotten two dogs from your company and the first one went very well and transport this one was iffy from the start. I stated to the person that I'm not sure if I could get home between 7:15 and 7:30 a.m. . That I don't understand what happened

Thank you Pawrade and WagsonWheels! We have welcomed Klaus Aka: Isaiah with open arms. He is a beautiful healthy boy! He is playful, happy and loving. His delivery was smooth and we really appreciate our transport parents Aaron and Karen! Klaus is acclimating well and is starting to potty train. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We are super smitten and in love with our new boy!

This was a great service--Pawrade makes sure the puppies come from good reputable breeders, and they make sure the puppies go to the right home.
