I can not say enough wonderful things about Pawrade. This is now the second puppy I have received from Pawrade, I honestly would not use any one else! The customer service is exceptional, the professionalism, warmth, and experience are unmatched. My puppy is the most well-adjusted, loving, socialized little ball of fur. Thank you to the breeder, the delivery staff (unreal), and Pawrade!!!

We are in love with Belladonna (chosen name: Hazley). I have some feedback on the process. I requested updated photos two times. It took a week to get 3 pictures from the breeder. I never received the second request. I suggest that once a puppy is committed to a family, the buyer should get routine updates with photos once a week. Seems logical and appropriate given the cost associated with a new puppy.

Hi, Booker is doing fine. I have kept the Book part of his name, because the book part of his name was what originaly attracted him to me, due to my last name being Books. He has been renamed "Booksey" and is starting to learn his new name. He still has not mastered the pee pad and going outside to the bathroom yet, but we are working on that. Thank You!

Pawrade provided excellent service and communication thru the purchase process, including the breeder Tina Langley. Also the transportation company did a great job with keeping us informed on the whole trip to delivery. Thanks again!

Our puppy concierge, Lilly, was very responsive to our questions and was a helpful negotiator with the breeder. Responses regarding transporting the puppy home took longer but likely due at least in part due to our rural location. It was still less stressful to have Pawrade take care of the flight bookings!

I only give praise when its due, I'm telling you dealing with Pawrade was incredible. The most courteous professional staff, they explained everything you need to know and when to do it. I felt letdown by Pawrade. The day I first reserved my puppy, I was inundated with calls, texts and emails from Pawrade. After making my initial payment, Pawrade stopped responding to any and all messages on the platform. I would end up having to call them multiple times to get my questions answered. Very disappointed in Pawrade's cricket communication. I doubt I will use them in the future.

You guys were GREAT and very helpful!! Highly recommend. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was because of the miscommunication in location, the website said 69 miles from me, after I purchased him I found out he was 140 miles which was a big deciding factor for me. I made it work, but that wasn't ideal. Otherwise, we have a perfect fur-baby we are so in love with!

I couldn't be happier from start to the time my puppy was delivered...true professionals all the way.!! I Highly recommend Pawrade this is the only way to go!! Also pussel pieces delivery service was fantastic kept intouch throughout the hole trip until my puppy was delivered!!! I couldn't of asked for better service!! Didn’t want my new baby to have to brave the cold dark luggage cargo area so…what a wonderful service. My baby was driven from Missouri, safe and warm by loving and caring drivers. She was almost as happy as I was when she arrived - I haven’t put her down since arrival. What an awesome service.
