The driver was awesome. You could tell he delivered my girl with care. The breader was great. My girl walked in the house like she owned the place. She did not have a fear in the world.
I would encourage anyone looking for a healthy puppy from responsible breeders to use Pawrade. Everyone throughout the whole process treated me like family. They sent pictures and videos, answymany questions since I’ve never bought an animal through a website before and I was SUPER SKEPTICAL. I believe I received much more than I paid for. This experience was priceless and I have my little sweet puppy in my home , healthy and happy and… “potty trained” before I got her.🤗❤️. She’s only 11 weeks old and such a good dog! We are completely / more than satisfied with our interactions with Pawrade. We were kept completely informed at each step of the adoption process. The texted/e-mailed schedules, 21 page puppy information containing do's and don'ts, suggested food/vitamins that our puppy was used to, vaccine info etc were invaluable. Our puppy arrived healthy, alert, inquisitive, playful and adorable. We just love him!

Our overall experience with Pawrade was very positive. The reps were responsive to all our questions and even sent updated videos of our fur baby prior to transport to put our minds at ease after reading all the negative reviews. They were easy to do business with and we felt like they had the puppy’s best interest in mind. The transport company was great as well and the puppy arrived happy and healthy after his long journey across the country. Would recommend this company. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that they make you pay through Petpay and Petpay tacks on additional fees that were not disclosed to us when we started the purchase process.

Could not be happier with this little girl. We named her Cholula. She is saucy. Very healthy puppy came to her forever home at 12 weeks knowing how to fetch a little ball, crate comfortable and almost housebroken knowing all about a dog door. I could see she came from a good breeder due to these skills and her health and structure is great per her vet visit. Already in love!

Over all, and great experience. At times it got a little confusing because I almost felt like I talked to so many different people. And I've always purchased a dog through the breeder so it was a little stressful not being able to talk to him. Also had a really bad experience with the 6 month pay plan through PetPay, I was sent to a scam website and ended up having to close my debit card and had to get a whole new card which has created extra expense and lots of headaches because of my auto pay accounts. That will take weeks to straighten out. All in all, I'm happy with my pup. I'm just glad to put this all behind me and move forward! Thanks for eveything.

Great service! They made adopting our new puppy so easy. Customer service was terrific, very quick responses to our questions.
My experience with Pawrade was great! My puppy is so sweet and cute. Everyone at Pawrade was very helpful, especially Holly. She helped me figure out what breed I wanted and connected me with the breeder so I could ask all my questions. The puppy transport people took great care of my dog on his journey home. Great experience!
