An absolutely great service provided Here. I was amazed from the very first contact. I could not be happier with my decision to adopt through Pawrade. They have been 100% from the beginning. Their Delivery service is just as amazing. Full details and communication of her ETA from the start of the trip to the delivery. I would purchase from this place again and would highly recommend to anyone looking to Adopt. Keep up the great work.

I absolutely love Gigi (renamed Bailey) she's a great addition to our family. Pawrade made it so easy to purchase her. The only issue that I have is with the delivery company Williams Puppy Carrier. They don't tell you when you choose door to door delivery that they are delivering several other puppies on the way to you they must have delivered like 10 - 12 before they got to me. which most of them were in different states. They texted me and said it will take 3 1/2 days, it actually took 4 days and they tell you to download this app Life360 where you can track them and text the driver. Well I text the driver to check on Bailey and they never responded.

My puppy is beautiful. My experience was amazing from start to finish. Everyone has been helpful. Mr. Yoders Kennels are the nicest and the cleanest kennels that I have ever seen. It was nice to meet the breaded and his entire family and my puppies parents. If your looking for a puppy this is they way to go. I use to breed puppies and I was very impressed! I will definitely get another puppy from Mr. Yoder in the future and deal with this company again. Kudos to all of you.

Thank you so much in helping me get our Little Vito. Everything was smooth. And the Communication is Awesome. You answered whenever I sent a Text or Call. I highly recommend anyone looking for a New Furbaby to your Family. The pics are Awesome but As soon as we saw him in person. We fell in Love with him. He is adjusting well. The initial process was good. However, the communication was poor, at best, with my points of contact when it was time to pick up and after. I called Melissa around Monday or Tuesday and I still haven't received a call back yet. This is not the first time this happened either. Another issue I have is Ava did not have all of her shots although they told me she did. When I took her to the vet they said she was past due on her shots. But in order to follow the no shot rule I had to wait 10 days. Ron

The process was very professional. Lara answered all of my questions and made us feel confident we were going to get Fiona to her new home without any problems. I would definitely recommend Pawrade to friends looking for a new puppy!

So far so good! Overall this was a good experience. Communication with Pawrade was excellent. Everything was explained in detail and then documentation was provided that backed up any conversations so everyone was on the same page all the time. Although we live in Florida I happened to be in Ohio around 2 hours from the breeder. I was able to pick up our puppy from the breeder so we did not do the shipping thing so I can't comment on that aspect of the delivery services. It was really great to meet the breeder and our puppy's parents.

Intense adoption process, but that's good. A lot of instructions to abide by. I liked that cuz it shows the people do care and want to get the pup to a good and loving home.

Stu named has been changed to Vladimir or Vladdy !! He is remarkable. Pawrade has been so professional and helpful. Everyone who I have communicated has been wonderful. The delivery of the Puppy was so remarkable. the Delivery couple was so qualified . Vladdy was clean, with zero stress !! Greatest Puppy in the World. Pawrade is an excellent service !!

We are in love with Moose! The delivery was quick and he was very well taken care of. I do wish I had found him directly with the breeder since the price increase with pawrade was substantial once I located the litter on the breeders site, other than that communication was great and we're very happy to have him home with us!

The experience has been an amazing one. Granted the wait lol. But we understand the process. The staff is amazing, great communication and very professional. That wait part is mainly my fault for wanting to have our baby here quick. Everything else, was a great experience. We highly recommend Pawrade for taking the time with communicating and answering all of our questions and concerns. We will definitely be coming back for another fur baby. Thank you so much. We have a wonderful little puppy. However, there were issues. Primarily with travel. Pawrade is more east coast location. Our pup was coming from Ohio. We picked airpanion air travel. Pup flies in cabin with a nanny. Sounded great, problem is they fly STANDBY! Flights were cancelled, delays and confusion. We offered to pay for a confirmed seat and were not allowed. STANDBY is only option for flight with nanny!?! Our nanny was pretty bad. No communication from nanny from the time he boarded first flight out of Cleveland until he actually landed in Portland Or ( 2 hours late and on a completely different flight than what we had been given) Pawrade hires the nanny service and they also dropped the ball once pup was handed off to nanny. If travel is close by likely not an issue but to fly standby cross country is too much for puppy.....

Thank you so much for helping us get our new puppy! We are beyond happy with Hershell (now Geordi)! After several frustrating months trying to adopt through rescue services we decided to buy a puppy. We were initially nervous about purchasing, but the Pawrade team was amazing. The entire process was very easy, lots of people to help answer all questions, let us know what was happening with our pup, and smooth delivery!
