This is our second purchase and delivery of wonderful puppies from Pawrade. The experience in both instances has been spectacular. All of the individuals we dealt with were professional, quick to respond, and enjoyable. We couldn't ask for a better experience.

I rarely leave reviews but I feel compelled to this time. My wife and I have had a wonderful experience Pawrade in purchasing our new puppy. The process was very straightforward and seamless. We utilized the ground transportation option from MO to WA and it was very easy and stress free.
Everything went smoothly and he arrived around 9 PM on Tuesday. He is the best little puppy. Such a good boy. The gentleman that dropped him off was very kind and courteous. Thank you.

When you send me a final payment it should have taxes included. You set up a final payment date with me for the 05/27. You should have honored it.
If I could leave zero stars I would! They sent me a sick puppy, regardless of their final vet check done by the breeder! These breeders probably have the vets in their pocket! My puppy came sick with canine enteric coronavirus, kennel cough, and giardia parasites! She had bloody stool for days and I spent well over $4k in medical bills trying to figure out what was wrong with her! NONE of which is covered under their puppy guarantee! DO NOT fall for it and get a puppy from them and if you do, make sure you read the fine print before signing the contract! Highly highly highly DO NOT recommend!!!

Everything was great initially (5 star). Then we were being pushed to take our new baby to an un trusted vet to meet a time requirement rather than 1 extra day to go to our very trusted vet that has taken care of all of our babies. Luckily our vet made arrangements to open early on a holiday weekend when they were not going to be open just to meet the requirement. Then we received different instructions depending on who was messaging causing duplication of time and efforts. Told to upload to the portal message, completed them in the same message portal with the requested different a request to fax the same documents. 8 text messages and 6 emails per day is very off putting especially when it is sales or “here are more puppies” when we just got our new baby less than a week ago.
Every thing went well. Smoothly transferred from facility to my home. Jason communicated well with me. He even lightened the moment by add humorous conversation in the text.
I'm so glad to have this puppy. He has a good, permanent home. He is so cute. ❤️❤️❤️

We have the sweetest little puppy thanks to Pawrade. I wasn't sure what to expect...of course I hoped for the best and that's exactly what I got. The communication was outstanding. I received emails and calls, and super quick answers to any questions that I had. Every part of this process was easy and supported. We just came back from our wellness check with out vet and he was deemed "PERFECT", and of course the little nugget stole everyone's hearts at the vets office.

I am very pleased with my new puppy and the outcome after dealing with Pawrade. I found the whole lack of information about the breeder particularly disturbing. The secrecy seemed to be, and worried me, about being a scam situation. Although Pawrade folks tried to answer questions for me, they often ignored the exact question I had, or took many days to find an answer. I was very leary about the entire buying process all along the way. Info on new puppies, and how to handle and treat the new home life was very thorough. All is well that ended well.
They did an amazing job communicating and following up with me on my puppy. When i picked her up she was happy and healthy. They make the transfer really easy for you.

I was blown away by how easy the process was from choosing my girl to delivery. Pawrade is the middleman between the Breeder and the customer, and they do an amazing job. they educate, arrange transport and are there for you every step of the way. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
