Parade was so easy to work with to get our beautiful new puppy. They were so professional and meticulous with providing timely, detailed information. My only suggestion would be to include information on where the puppies are located when making payment so the buyer can understand the distance and details about how to get the puppy home. Other than that, I will still purchase through Pawrade again in the future!

Everything went smoothly, communication was very good, pick-up of puppy went as planned. Our puppy was already being potty trained and was apparently very well loved before we got him. He has transitioned well and is adapting to his new home wonderfully! We have never had a Golden Retriever before and we are already in love with him! The entire process from start to finish was first class. During the selection process the team responded immediately and helped me decide. I’ve adopted from breeders before but this was the best overall experience with Pawrade. What I appreciate the most is the care they took to ship the puppy across several states as well as the golden retriever puppy not being too small or young so that it was traumatized by the experience. I have a healthy, happy, confident golden puppy to go along with my 5 year old golden. Also the vaccines were done and made it a quick inexpensive intro to the vet. I’m very happy with Pawrade and have already recommended this to several people. I can’t thank them enough.

The help from the ladies with customer service were awesome: Holly and Lois you ladies deserve a Bonus and or Raise. The one thing I hated is all the paperwork to sign or fill out. I thought I was buying a house. The other thing is getting Angel a Wellness Check in 72 hours. Sometimes you can't get appointments right away. I called to 3 different places. So need to give at least a another 2 days. Some vets don't have a doctor working on a Saturday. So when the pet is delivered in the middle of the week or later. You got to extend more time to get the wellness check. Otherwise, thank you for what you did and Angel is very happy and feel safe at home now.

DO NOT GET A PUPPY from Parade. They have "breeders" that are PUPPY MILL. My puppy arrived filthy, smelling like a barn, crying and having pooped and peed all over herself. And it was the breeder who delivered her.... Also the breeder and I communicated back and forth over email and I was promised that this particular puppy would make a great service dog but when she arrived, she was very nervous, not attentive in the least to people. That is NOT service dog material. Pawrade just wants your money and when I reached out to them to discuss what had transpired, of course, I could not reach anyone. It took MANY phone calls and emails to get the paperwork settled with us have to do the majority of the work. Buy a puppy in person, not from a company like this. They advertise no puppy mills and perhaps they are "family" puppy producers but the care of this puppy was NOWHERE to be found. Just look at the state she was "delivered" in.

We have got 4 dogs total over the years through pawrade and it has always been a flawless experience. Our fur babies are family and the service we have experienced shows the company understands animals health and happiness are priority.

I am excited to finally meet Kobe in that he is an older puppy. What I am not excited about is the lies told to me by your company and the breeder. I was told he was house broke and knew the doggy door. Kobe is not house trained, far from it. My vet and I thought he might have a UTI but that came back normal. He will look right at you and drop his rear-end to either to pee or poop, many times a day. At times within 15 minutes apart. I spend my day cleaning up his messes. He has already destroyed 2 very expensive throw rugs. He is highly afraid of the doggy door, won't even get close to it. Not even coached with numerous treats. I got an older puppy and read every description carefully to insure that I was getting a older puppy only needing reminders after adjusting to a new home. Kobe, is fighting potty traing or flat out ignoring it. As you can see, I am very unhappy with your company and will not use you again.
