I am excited to finally meet Kobe in that he is an older puppy. What I am not excited about is the lies told to me by your company and the breeder. I was told he was house broke and knew the doggy door. Kobe is not house trained, far from it. My vet and I thought he might have a UTI but that came back normal. He will look right at you and drop his rear-end to either to pee or poop, many times a day. At times within 15 minutes apart. I spend my day cleaning up his messes. He has already destroyed 2 very expensive throw rugs. He is highly afraid of the doggy door, won't even get close to it. Not even coached with numerous treats. I got an older puppy and read every description carefully to insure that I was getting a older puppy only needing reminders after adjusting to a new home. Kobe, is fighting potty traing or flat out ignoring it. As you can see, I am very unhappy with your company and will not use you again.

A few concerns. We purchased our dog based on the ad pictures. As soon as I paid I asked for more photos. At first they were so nice and said absolutely. I called day after day because nothing was sent. After a week of asking I was then refused photos and told that the breeder only sends pictures every 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I had to reach out again. I finally said I believe the ad photos I saw were stock photos and they did not actually have a dog for me and that’s why they could not produce any pictures. Eventually a few days passed 2 weeks later I received pictures. However, when I received my puppy that based on the birthday in the ad, she should have been 10 weeks. I took her to the vet the day I got her and the vet said, she’s at most 8 weeks. Confirming I did not actually purchase the dog in the ad photos. I also proactively had her checked for parasites the day we got her and she had both Giardia and hookworm and was very underweight. Best to just go right to a breeder

We love our new puppy! He’s semi potty trained and knows how to sit! He’s so cute and we love him so much! The only downside is I hope people don’t think just because they’re 8 weeks old with one vaccine of parvo they are “fully vaccinated”. Due to the medical records I saw, they vaccinated the puppy 4 weeks too early for a parvo and bordatella vaccine. Four weeks old for those two vaccines are invalid. They are not supposed to go outside until fully vaccinated either. I am a Veterinary Technician and it is not safe for fully unvaccinated puppies to travel together, which we did not know was going to happen. My puppy did come with Giardia which is curable but still heartbreaking for him to suffer and more costs required after the expensive of buying our puppy. They do require you to visit the vet within 72 hours of receiving your puppy, which I applaud. I do recommend doing a fecal sample when you go. Thank you so much for our new fur baby!

We just picked up our new puppy. The breeders were so nice and caring. The process can be a bit nerve wracking as you do not receive the breeders information until just prior to pick up but Pawrade was very responsive to any concerns and the transaction went smooth. We are overjoyed with our new girl.
