I had a wonderful experience getting our puppy from this company. We purchased a Great Dane for $3,200, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. One of the best parts was the delivery—our puppy traveled about 18 hours to be delivered directly to us, which made everything so convenient for our family. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent. They were quick to respond, answered every question we had, and kept us updated leading up to delivery so we always knew what to expect. It really made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. When our puppy arrived, he was healthy, happy, and clearly very well cared for. You can tell they truly care about their dogs and the families they go to. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and we are so happy with our new furry family member. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a well-raised puppy and a smooth, professional experience.

Just due to having raised 7 other Danes over 50 years, they're easy to train, all have loved hiking & swimming with me. Wanted quality breeders and Pawrade has an exceptional protocol that ensures health and happiness for our new family members. The delivery was 3 days earlier than I had planned, yet my work accommodated time off and more to care for a new babe! "In just 2 days "Della" is already feeling at home, laying at my feet, following me everywhere, and with lite command to stop whining into the night, she slept with a lot of blankets and her crate close to my bed, with a nite lite close by and soothing music. Both puppies arrived this morning... Instantly bonded with my older dog, Ganja... The three of them played for hours with my adult dog showing the pups how to access the backyard, where the water bowls are, bringing them toys, even scolding the pups when they get into mischief... Wish I could attach photos of the three playing and exploring their new "forever home"... Much graditude to the breeder, Brandi, the critter transporters and Pawrade...

Thus was a wonderful experience. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Riley's name is now Akiva and he is doing so well. No problems from the trip. He played and explored for 2 hours then took a 3 hour nap! He us a big cuddler!

The puppy is great. I can tell they had good and ethical breeders. Pawrade’s purchasing process and transparency is much to be desired though. I can see why the company gets bad review from customers when the customer service department is not very responsive after you purchase the puppy. Additionally, little notice is given for when puppy will arrive making it a little difficult to arrange for the 72 hour vet check up.

Ajax is a beautiful puppy but the expensive 'nanny service' to have him was incredibly poor. The guy missed his flight to get him from Atlanta to Indiana where Ajax was 'because they changed the gate' and obviously he hadn't given himself enough time. I ended up making two trips last evening to TPA because I was given the first arrival time 'incorrectly'. Finally after 8-10 hours of travel my poor exhausted and stressed pup arrived well after midnite and is basically in shutdown mode right now. It gets worse I called the 24/7 'concierge hotline repeatedly and was dumped into voice mail -- until I chose the sales line not the existing customer line. Some one immediately picked up but said she couldn't help and to call back in the AM. Hih. I would definitely not by another animal from this outfit. I just hope my puppy is ok he goes to the vet this afternoon.

In the beginning there is a lot of communication from Pawrade about the puppy about who to contact for assistance, etc.. and things were good. Then when I made the final payment there was no more communication. As the date came closer I wanted to know if my puppy had passed her medical exam and I called the number I was given on one of the emails and left a voicemail. No one called me back. I left an email and it did not get answered. I felt as though I might have been scammed. Just 3 days prior to my pick up day for the puppy I called again after NOT hearing from Pawrade or having a final confirmation of the pick up date and the person on the phone said she did not know anything yet. I told her I was calling the Better Business Bureau because I have it in writing from your company that I should have this information. Two hours later I had all the information. It would have been a better experience if there were a couple of emails saying where we were in the process.

Everything went great liked the smallesthat you called to make sure things went well. The only thing my great dane is very small I hope he grow he only weights 11.9 pounds he is so happy here I love him im trying to put weight on him. He is the smallest dane I have ever seen. We are delighted with our new puppy! She is healthy and beautiful! Transport was timely and communication was easy. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is that some of my inquiries were not answered timely. There were a number of people who I interacted with during the course of the transaction, and most were wonderful, but some were clearly not very knowledgeable. It would have been better to have one contact person that I could rely on throughout the process. But things proceeded smoothly and I am very happy! THANK YOU!!!
