Overall Pawrade was a positive experience. Coordinations with the Breeder was a little problematic due to our having to drive 2300 miles to pick up our puppy.

We are very excited about our new puppy! Pawrade did a great job vetting the breeders and keeping in contact with us about any questions we had. I also like how much they required of us and the vetting of us to make sure we were getting a puppy for all the right reasons. The only reason that I gave 4 stars was just because of the way all the information is given in text format on the app. It was a little overwhelming and a little confusing. Maybe numbering the steps and including a link to an example of the document you are referring to would help. I am pretty tech savvy but just felt like I had to keep scrolling back and looking through every exchange and search to find out what to do next. I think providing an email that has the subject line be specific would have helped just to be able to reference, print and be able to check items off. Other than that, it was a really nice process and I would recommend using it.

The drivers were ahead of time, which was no problem at all. They were absolutely wonderful very Polite helpful asked if I had any questions offered to give me any pointers just went above and beyond and I’m very grateful for that. I believe the man that delivered Gracie’s name was Zach. He was very pleasant very helpful. Just all around. Great experience. I really appreciate him. If you could let him know that he did a great job and I’m very happy with my puppy we’re in love with her she’s doing amazing.

This was a new experience, but it was fantastic and very professional. I found that Cynthia was a great resource and helped me find the right puppy, negotiate and navigate the terrain with the breeders, and set up Zoom calls. The breeder was very helpful and gave us a little gift bag; my puppy is home! My situation was that I flew to Indiana and then drove back with my puppy. It has been one week and all went very well, and I would do this again. So far, so good ;) My puppy had a clean bill of health, took to me like we were meant to be together, and everything they said online was true and not embellished.

The initial contact and process was seamless and enjoyable. Was kept involved in the process up until the transfer of responsibility to the transporter where there was some confusion. Pawrade has a site name which is different than the breeder’s given name which makes it a bit confusing for the new owners. However, the overall experience was good and we have a beautiful puppy. We are very happy.

Overall, I had a really pawsitive experience with Pawrade! I appreciated having so much context about my puppy upfront, before making the decision to reserve her. It’s clear that Pawrade puts the animal’s wellbeing first - from their no puppy mill pledge, to ensuring the puppy is cleared by the vet before coming home, to the health guarantee and initial month of pet insurance right out of the gate. I did have some communication challenges with the rep who coordinated my pickup, which is why I rated 4/5 stars. It’s possible that a different rep would have made the experience perfect all around.

Our new furry baby is already after less than 24 hours a part of our family. He slept all night the night we got him and has already taken over our couch like he should! Thank you!

We decided to purchase a Great Dane puppy from this site. In the begining they were very informative on the process. They verified my identity asked relevant questions about experience with dogs and space. They sent multiple emails and messages about travel stress and the importance of sugar supplement and keeping her on the same food. Encourage a vet visit 3 days after arrival. We had to have the puppy delivered to us as we purchased her from another state. The driver kept us informed the entire way. She did arrive at almost 11pm. Once she was here we noticed she was very skinny and her vertebrae, hip and ribs bones were very noticeable. Her first stool was blood. She continued to have bloody stools. We brought her to the vet and they had to send out a stool sample. She was put in an antibiotic to help in the meantime. The next day we received notice that she has canine coccidiosis and hookworm. Also in the original ad it says her dew claws were removed and they were not.

The overall process was easy and very well managed. The agents were very friendly and knowledgeable and extremely helpful but, the communication on when our puppy would actually arrive was lacking. Despite frequently asking about an ETA, we were only given a 12 hour notice of our puppy's arrival. Given that my husband and I both work that created a lot of stress. Additionally, we feel that once our puppy was paid for we should have been able to have direct contact with the breeder. This would have helped us a lot regarding the arrival date and time.

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Pawrade. My puppy "Maddox" (formerly "Sammy") is absolutely beautiful! Lois and Reagan were awesome and accommodating and helped coordinate the easy travel of my pup! Maddox had his health check one day after arrival and the vets loved him and he is healthy and strong! I am so very pleased.

With much appreciation for Morgan who made an extra effort to find air transportation for a large Great Dane puppy. Everyone went out of their way to communicate beyond email messages. Michelle called me several times to personally relay important information. Any apprehension about obtaining a pet online was quickly allayed and I am so happy to have Charlotte as part of our family. It is very obvious that Charlotte was lovingly raised because as soon as she stepped from her travel crate she greeted us with happiness. The breeders take much effort to give these energetic puppies the attention they need and it makes the noticeable difference.

Everything was great up until the day of Leo's pickup from the breeder. There was no clear explanation of how the app worked, how many stops there would be, or any sense of when he would show up. If there was a more transparent process of the delivery services, this would have been a 5 star experience

The whole experience from start to finish was horrible. Trying to communicate to Breeder through Pawrade was incredibly difficult with days of no response from Pawrade contact. Once I paid Pawrade's service and communication stopped. But, eventually I did get the puppy, Great Dane, only to have Vet confirm what I figured out in 1 day - puppy is deaf. I was sold from what I was assured was a reputable breeder a dog with a disability. If I knew within 24 hours of having him in my home that the puppy was deaf then the "reputable" breeder had to know that this puppy was not hearing like his litter mates. Please save yourself frustration and heartbreak and do not even look at puppy on Pawrade. I have no idea what to do, training a dog with a disability is more than I was prepared for.

Pawrade and its staff are amazing. I know you get apprehensive to Buy on line but all transactions & instructions are followed up with a live phone conversation with real Phone numbers. So assuring and they do a great job checking out breeders and new families can't say enough good things about this process. ❤️

It was a pleasure using Pawrade to acquire our pup. I would suggest one thing. I gathered after some time that there were many folks behind the scenes working on our account. Perhaps an explanation of all the players involved... concierge, etc.
