My experience was pretty good. I specifically asked for a distance to the Puppy, and they would not give me a straight answer, and only an area, so the trip was 2 hours longer to travel than expected. I'm a little frustrated that they couldn't pull up a google map and give me an estimated driving time. Communication sometimes took 24 hours between messages so it would be nice if that was better. Our overall experience was good, everyone was helpful and nice.

We had a wonderful experience aquiring our new family member. The breeder/subcontractor model allowed for us to deal with a lover of dogs and a breeder not trying to monetize a bitch, but to breed puppies for the love of dogs. It was paramount to the breeder that her puppy was placed in a loving home. That was obvious to us when we met the breeder. Mariah was wonderful - and we love Fenway.

First, I want to make it clear that I love my puppy. I will be eternally grateful to Pawrade for connecting me with my puppy. My puppy was and is healthy. With this in mind, I would not recommend Pawrade to someone who is organized and interested in consistent and accurate communication. As a customer, it was extremely disappointing the number of times that I had to initiate communication and follow up about pertinent information, such as the delivery of my puppy, meeting the breeder with my puppy, 30-day insurance policy, etc. Also, some of the information that I received was not accurate: the description of my puppy, health records, etc. An experience that should have been amazing was less than ideal due to the customer service received.

Agreed to labradoodle, but instead we received a blue heeler, lab and austrailian shepard mix. She's still so cute, but not the type of dog we expected, even with the pictures provided. Pawrade process was very easy, fast, quick and no headache at all to go through the process of buying our new adorable puppy.
