Pawrade has been simple, convenient and amazing! I'm so in love with my new puppy. Pawrade made it easy to find the one that caught my eye (difficult choice because they have such great options!), speaking with a representative was breezy and everyone was extremely friendly. Very happy and very lucky to have found my furever baby!!

Everything was very smooth. I do wish I could have know more about her breeder before the purchase. I only knew the location. All breeder information however was supplied snd a nice letter from the breeder to keep in touch regarding the puppy was encouraged. Pawrade staff all wonderful to deal with. Except that I was told her ground travel would be accompanied by two adults. I'm not sure if Pawrade was aware of that. The company was Pet Tasker. Wonderful driver. Traveling for two full days and night arriving at midnight. Tiring for us, but not terrible. Driver was very nice but he was alone. He stayed and I made him coffee while we got acquainted with the puppy and looked her over. I'd use Pawrade again, but I'd have to know the breeder first so I could research myself. I like that they are dedicated to not working with puppy mills. My puppy has her vet check today. More to come…… I'm sure she's fine.

I would have left no stars, but I am leaving 2 stars because of the excellent customer service from Paul and Sandra. The frustration with dealing with others and also this very confusing website are the reason. Also, the Ozark Mountain Transport was also terrible. Our puppy was supposed to arrive on February 18th, according to Shannon. The communication is terrible. So we were then told that Jack would leave the following Wednesday and arrive on Sunday, February 27th. We waited all day Sunday then called the Pawrade number at 1:30pm. I don't remember who I spoke to but you should have a record of that. She said she would look into it and contact the transport company and would get right back to us. That NEVER HAPPENED. So I looked up Ozark and spoke with David who indicated delivery would be around 10pm. I told him I was not willing to accept him at that hour. He agreed to call the next morning 1 hour before arrival. He did not do that either. I had to call him to find out where he was

A+ for initial sales team. A+ for breeder. Double F- for follow through and transport team. The initial purchase was a breeze, incredibly professional and informative. However, the minute I purchased my puppy it was downhill from there. Worst part was I was lied to about the logistics of transportation. It took almost 3 full days to get him for a 9.5 hour trip. No one would give me a straight answer and the response to my inquiries was delayed, rude and/or full on ignored. There are too many hands/departments to deal with. The only reason I gave 3 stars was because I did actually receive my puppy. He is healthy and happy so far. But does have an abnormally heightened aversion to crates. I worry he was a bit traumatized from the extensive travel that should've never taken so long and I would have never allowed had I've been fully informed. Do better Pawrade Transport team.

From my first contact Peter was awesome with getting the ball rolling. Then between Morgan Elliott and Mary Artes. They where so helpful in so many ways. From communication with me. To getting info from the Breeder. To getting my wonderful new pup Shilo to me. There ability to not only make everything feel personal and there love for the job they do. I love that Pawrade is thorough in not only making sure these pups go to the right homes. To the breeders they work with. My breeder was amazing with updated photos. And thanks to the help of the Pawrade staff I had the privilege to find me my pups new home with me. I highly recommend using them to know your getting a healthy well cared for pup. I have had Shilo now for just over 3 days. I couldn't be happier. She had her wellness check up with the vet today. Proud to say my pup is 100% healthy. I trust my vet from over the years. Again thank you so much to everyone involved bringing me my perfect little girl/daughter/pup to my life!

I got a healthy, smart labradoodle at 8 wks. She was transported by Stanford in excellent clean shape. The process is relatively smooth. A little slow on responding to present puppy weight for crate etc purchases, but worked out fine. Excellent rapid responses from Dan. Makes sense different reps with purchase process but a little irritating. Paperwork seems a lot but relatively easy. Received all documents as stated. Thinking they process 100's of pets. Well done

We love our new puppy! He is wonderful, very cuddly as promised and also so intelligent. He is already well on the way to being potty trained and we've been able to teach him a variety of tricks already. My one disappointment of the experience would be that we were given an arrival date and it was cancelled and moved to the next day only about 3 hours before I was supposed to pick him up! I had rearranged some appointments already so that was a bit frustrating but other than that the entire process was very easy and I could not have asked for a better companion.

What an amazing experience!! We have our Labradoodle Luke and he couldn't be better. The entire process was a breeze and he was delivered to our front door from Colorado. A delivery service drove him across the country which is better than flying him in a plane. He's been here less than a week and we are so in love with him and his great personality. He had his first vet visit and he is in perfect health!!

Judy's name was really Josie-so who knows what puppy we got. She came to me FILTHY, the excuse was that it too cold outside. We'll, they knew when I was picking her up so a bath the night before isn't out of the question. She came undervaccinated by 4 months!! AND has an ear infection. Her health exam is undated to who knows when she was examined! Not a puppy mill dog?? I call BS. She wasn't cared for at all. No reputable breeder hands over a puppy in this condition and no middle man company should ever allow it. Do more research on your breeders.

Buddy is an awesome puppy. I'm so happy to have him. He has a great demeanor. The rate charged for delivery is excessive; especially since there was a 3 week delay, initially, for delivery even though he was available. If the logistics and communication were planned better, after the purchase, I would rate 5 stars.
