Dog had her shots but was never checked for parasites bye the vet before traveling for 3 days. Also the food they dropped off was for adult dogs not puppies. We love the dog.

The only reason the rating is a 4 and not a 3 is because of the delivery drivers, the process started off pretty well, I got Winchester ( now Winston) once I paid the communication was non existent, when I had a question I would send a question in and then it would take them forever to get a reply, I had my final prep for the delivery of the puppy, I was told I would get an email, but I got a text so I called about the email the person was snippy especially when your paying this kind of money, so customer service is very lacking.

Very pleased with the way Pawrade handled my purchase of Lavender (new name Daisy), a yellow Labrador. I was advised what I would need to have on hand (i.e. name of food currently eating) and the date she would arrive. Pawrade also uses excellent transporters to get Daisy to my home. I received my puppy Evie (formerly known as Alice), an English Labrador on Sept, 6th around 1:30 in the morning. She is beautiful! Everyone at Pawrade was very helpful and patience throughout the whole process. No question was insignificant.
