What initially sold me is their commitment to working exclusively with ethical and responsible breeders. From day one, their staff was incredibly attentive, supportive, and lightning-fast with answers. Their overall attention to detail is really what sets them apart. I was initially reluctant of using a delivery service and planned to fly to Virginia to pick up my Labrador puppy myself. However, the Pawrade team completely reassured me, promising white-glove treatment with regular stops for walks and feeding. They absolutely delivered on that promise. My puppy arrived safe, sound, and most importantly, incredibly happy and healthy. If you want total peace of mind when bringing your new companion home, Pawrade is the way to go!

Molly (new name) is an English Chocolate Lab that I obtained from Pawrade. She arrived healthy and well socialized. The representatives at Pawrade answered any questions I had and kept me informed on Molly’s arrival date. Dog had her shots but was never checked for parasites bye the vet before traveling for 3 days. Also the food they dropped off was for adult dogs not puppies. We love the dog.

The only reason the rating is a 4 and not a 3 is because of the delivery drivers, the process started off pretty well, I got Winchester ( now Winston) once I paid the communication was non existent, when I had a question I would send a question in and then it would take them forever to get a reply, I had my final prep for the delivery of the puppy, I was told I would get an email, but I got a text so I called about the email the person was snippy especially when your paying this kind of money, so customer service is very lacking.
