Everyone was very pleasant and helpful, and our puppy is wonderful and healthy. The only negative is that the transport description makes it appear the dog is transported individually but that was not the case. Our puppy was transported with 6 others, making the trip over twice as long as it needed to be, crated the whole time. This left the puppy quite dirty on arrival and has the risk of exposure to other dogs at a time when the puppy immune system isn’t fully intact (and did not have Bordetella vaccine yet).

The criteria listed in the description say the dog is crate trained and grass trained. The puppy I received has no training at all so I am starting at the beginning with a four and a half month old dog. I am training her as my service dog which is a lot of work, I didn't expect to have to house break her as well. The dog is delightful and if the training doesn't kill me she and I will work well together.

The breeder is a loving kind lady so my 2 stars go only for the breeder. Now the company, beware!!! Airway bill instructions were to pick up the puppy in kiosk between D24 and D25 in baggage claim. One after after flight the puppy was still not showing up. I ended up having to drives miles away from the sieport to pick up the puppy in Cargo because they forgot the puppy. I contacted American Airlines Cargo and they confirmed they would work with me on reimbursement, however had to be done through PetPay as I paid them and they paid American Airlines. PetPay replied Manager at PetPaid will not proceed with reimbursement. Do not recommend!! Beware. You were warned

Pawrade is an excellent resource to buy your pet. My puppy arrived on the day he was expected, having arrived by airplane. He was healthy, calm, trusting, and with such a kind disposition. He is crate trained, and he arrived with all his vet records. I can tell the breeders took excellent care of him as he is so sweet and healthy. Pawrade is responsive, kept me up to date, and sent photos prior to his arrival. My puppy is everything they said he would be. I am really happy I found my sweet baby here. Wherever I go people admire him, and strangers are constantly taking photos of him when I take him out. He needs his own Instagram account @cowboy. He is such a love!

I think most of the transaction went well. However -- and this may be feedback for the breeder -- We took Vrak to the Vet the day after he arrived, and the Vet diagnosed hookworms. Now I was told that Vrak was *also* taken to a Vet during the week before he flew over here, but I was not told about any issues. In fact, Vrak was declared "fine". So how is it possible that he has hookworms the very day after he arrives? I'm supposed to believe that he got them on the flight and they already spread the next morning? (we picked him at around midnight, and he was at the Vet the following morning). Thank you, Anders

I’m very impressed on how fluid their operation is from beginning to end. My puppy had to make a plane change to get here from Virginia to Florida & we were lucky all when according to plan. I’ve had 3 Labs in past & this is a very beautiful Yellow Lab.
