Please note that in the beginning Please note that in the beginning, they responsive to ensure they get you to signcontract. After that delay delay delay. My pupwas not up to date on vaccines. He could notgo outside. Pawrade made it about money ofvaccine instead of the health guarantee thatmy pup would be delivered with all vaccines at age appropriateness before it's arrival. TheyGASLIGHT and SCAPEGOAT you. Goingaround in circles. Pawrade is breeder one sided and buyers are left as nothing but "have a wonderful day." A contract should not be one sided and breeders should have obligation to ensure they are following pawrade guidelines. How can a pups health be guaranteed at arrival if buyer started vaccines late????? But I received, it'a your responsibility now. BUYERS BEWARE! (And they"ll respond with a generic message saying how they made this right.)

Waste of time, as soon as our money was transfer we basically received no help. They only reason we got our puppy is because the breeder reached out personally and still haven"t received anything from pawrade since last Friday. So thank you for over charging us for nothing

This was over a one week period. We are sorry to hear you felt the communication was lacking, however we left multiple voicemails that were not returned. This did not indicate to us that you were a customer who had additional questions. We wish you and Maggie the best now that you are united!

Pawrade could not have made the adoption process any easier! Someone was always available to take my calls, answer emails and even text. The different payment methods also gave me peace of mind. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend to anyone cosidering bringing home a new fur baby!

Peter was a fabulous agent to work with. He even stayed late to get a request from the breeder for me. I would have loved to receive more information on your site about your dogs without asking. Maybe a video would be helpful. It's difficult to choose a dog without seeing them move about first! We were fortunate and love our dog which we have renamed Frankie!

Incredible experience! At first I had some complications securing a puppy but Beth and Peter were super helpful the whole time! My puppy arrived clean, calm, and so lovable. He received grooming before hand which was a plus. April his nanny kept me updated and was so sweet upon delivering him. Highly recommend!

I just want to take a minute to thank everyone at Pawrade to making this the best experience i could have had buying my new puppy. Everyone was great! everyone was so helpful and attentive. things went so smoothly! i am definately recommending them to all my friends and family. i am so happy i found my new puppy. His name was Tommy but i have renamed him Biggie and i am in love. thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!!

Staff is very helpful. Had trouble opening invoices and documents. Terribly disappointed about the "pampered" ground transport. Sadie arrived smelling absolutely horrible (like they hadn't cleaned any crates in the back of the huge van in months), with diarrhea (I was forewarned about that), and with fleas! I really wanted to recommend Pawrade to my friends but not anymore.

Thank you so much for alerting us about your experience with a 3rd party transporter. We wish you would have considered rating Pawrade's service versus the transport company's level of service. We hold our transport partners to a high standard and this is absolutely unacceptable. In all transparency we had an issue with one particular USDA licensed transporter the last couple of days causing us to BAN THEM from our network. Please reach out to our claims department and we'll absolutely seek reimbursement of flea treatment from the transporter on your behalf. This is also not an indication of your breeder or anything related to Pawrade other than the fact a transporter started operating at a poor level. On a side note, we hope Sadie will bring you endless puppy kisses for a long time coming.

Pawrade ROCKS, I would give them a 10 out 10! Hands down they went above and beyond to make me feel connected in every way of the process. Everyone involved in the process made the transaction smooth from start to finish. They definitely crossed all their T's and dotted their I's. Jonah our Maltipoo pup arrived safe and sound. He was everything we expected and more. He was healthy, playful and very loving from the start! We are extremely happy with everything, I definitely would recommend Pawrade if you're looking to add a fur baby to your family!

My Maltipoo Honey is wonderful. My initial contact Tania was great and made the purchase easy. Unfortunately, it took over two weeks to get puppy transported. I paid for nanny service that could not be provided. I was disappointed that I had to have Honey flown alone for many hours. I was refunded the difference. They need to make transport seem less and not offer a service that cannot be delivered.

Our sales (Janell), transportation (Renee), and post-sales (Lois) liaisons all provided expert, friendly, patient, and responsive customer service. Why not 5 stars? Customers pay a premium for the dog and the air-nanny service.

Received our new puppy Wednesday. He never really ate but Pawrade shared with us that this was normal for the first couple days post travel. We rubbed nutri-cal on his gums 3x a day. Friday we rushed our puppy to the vet. Monday he died. Pawrade has not been helpful or supportive. We've spent over $5,000 for a puppy we had less than one week. And worse, my daughters are devastated. I wish I'd never trusted Pawrade. This was the most costly, most devastating and traumatic experience we've ever faced. The support and security I thought we paid for isn't there. We plan to pursue legal action because we did everything right and this is not fair.

From the beginning you were wonderful. We had hesitated getting another dog (our Bichon - Chelsea died one and a half years ago.) Anyway I had heard wonderful things about Pawrade and on a whim one day contacted you. We had decided not to get another dog but the next day I told my husband that if we ever did I wanted a female apricot color multipoo and I would love to name her SOPHIE. Well the very next day you sent me a picture of…….a apricot color Multipoo named SOPHIE. We had no choice. Thank you for every thing. From the beginning to the end, encouragement, support, advice you were wonderful. I have recommended your services and will continue to. Thanks again. We love SOPHIE and she is perfect and of course a genius.
