My experience was wonderful. From the start with Kelly to the breeder Ashley and of course my nannie, April, who delivered our precious puppy. We are so happy to have Vincent Ronald join our family.

Worst experience ever. Poor communication once I submitted full payment and my poor puppy arrived infested w ticks!! Awful breeders!!!! Pawrade did nothing to compensate me for the extra vet bills etc that I had to pay just to alleviate my puppy's condition. Going to report this puppy mill.
I can't say enough about how perfect everything went during the process of my new fur baby Luana. Pawrade staff made it so easy and was there at every step of the way to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I would definitely recommend them for your next new fur baby. Thank you everyone ❤️

Everything went smoothly and our new little bundle arrived safely. Everyone was so caring, from the breeder (who kept her with mom as long as possible), the guys that drove her across the country (from AR to AZ) and the Pawrade reps that followed up and arranged our zoom calls. Thank you to each and every one of you. Our little 2 lb maltipoo is a delight!
I have only had our puppy for a day, but what a delight she is already. The transfer went smoothly and I had a chance to meet the breeder. MaryAnn was very professional, and showed how much she cared about her puppy. From the first phone call to Pawrade, everyone I spoke to on the phone was fantastic (Jenele, Cali). Also Shannon was on top of everything as well. All of them returned my messages right away and made this whole process go smoothly. "Kudos" to the whole staff. Ray Kasper

At first I was hesitate of the idea buying a puppy being bought site unseen all bur pictures. There was a lot of questions. All tried to assure me that this wasn't a scam.. this was mentioned quite a number of times. Each time I was assured no scam. The day came for my puppy to arrive. She is great, fisty and quite a personality. We fell in love immediatly. She sure has added a lots to our home. Definitely Not a Scam...... Thank You, Linda

It was a pleasure working with Pawrade in the search for our puppy! Communication was so easy whether it was a phone call, a text or a direct message on the website. The whole process was easy from the first phone call to the last. During my first phone call I was able to gather some general information and then was transferred to Tara who worked with us from start to finish. Tara is absolutely wonderful! She always answers in a timely manner and even set up zoom calls with the breeder so we could meet our pup! The breeder was also wonderful to work with. Her team is so nice and caring from the initial text messages to schedule transport of our pup to the nanny! Thank you so much to all who were involved! We are so excited that our new pup is finally home! I highly recommend Pawrade to anyone who is looking for a pup!

Pawrade made the process very easy. We were a bit dissapointed that our pup was delivered with dirty fur and very long nails. Delivery was also confusing as we believed she would have been flying in with a companion and not just cargo. She is happy and healthy and that's all that matters now

We are so impressed with the level of help from Pawrade. The amount of information about what we needed to do was very helpful. Also it made us feel better, knowing there was a network of people to help us through, purchasing, what to expect and what we needed to be prepared for when packing her up. Then all the paper work that fallowed and what we needed to do about Vetenary care and all the helpful documents about care and all that was needed to do for a happy and Healthy dog. The one thing that caused me concern was logging into my bank account while I was filling out your forms. We are really impressed and would highly recommend you.

The communication from everyone was excellent. Our questions were answered quickly. There are so many sham deals on line and Pawrade is not one of them. Delivery to a parking lot raises red flags and possibly indicates puppy mills, but it all worked out.

Getting my puppy through Pawrade was a wonderful experience! I had never gone about getting a puppy this way before, so I was a bit nervous and skeptical, but everyone (especially Lois!) stayed in close communication and updated me every step of the way. I felt prepared and confident when Sunnie arrived home!

Everything from reserving to puppy arrival was smooth and easy. Price was high but your getting quality pups by vetted breeders. Communication was 100% with concierge and travel. A little under a month total wait time which seems long but she was too little to leave momma. They care about the quality and transportation of the pups. There is a health guarantee and constant communication when needed. All in all this is very legitimate puppy broker. I am happy with my Maltipoo pup.
Pawrade was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. We felt very taken care of!

She (now named Lacy) is happy, a ball of energy, and very loving. She's getting along very well with our "teenager" cat. They play together a lot. She sleeps in a foldable large crate next to my bed. When she grows larger, she can sleep in the bed with the stairs I bought for her. Very happy with how Parade kept us informed. Thank you.
