Sales experience was fine. The travel Coordinator was awful. Lacked follow through and was unresponsive. Made this experience very stressful since I was traveling across the country. I'd never recommend your company and that is too bad because my cousin and friend are ready to purchase puppies.

We are so far very happy with our puppy but we just picked him up today. Our breeder was awesome and cooperative. However, the process was very stressful. Most communicators were helpful but the multiple steps and forms were too much.

I have nothing but great things to say about Pawrade. I have never used a company like this for the adoption of a puppy and I was very hesitant to do so. Nonetheless, they made it a seamless and worked with us throughout the process. We now have the perfect addition to our family, couldn't be happier!

Love my puppy. A little downside was not knowing who the breeder was it where. Found out after that Breeder is a puppy mill. I hope you do something about that. Loved my delivery guys! They were great!

Hi. We LOVE Sammy. He's an amazing little guy. We wish there had been more transparency with the breeder before we took him. This would have alleviated the stress of adopting someone we'd never met. Also upon our first vet visit, the doctor was shocked and saddened that Sammy had been so heavily vaccinated at such a young age. She says breeders do this so they can move the puppies out while they're still young, and it's a questionable practice. Those are our only complaints in what was a huge, scary leap of faith. But we got so lucky with him. He's smart, healthy, and so full of it. We adore him. Thank you, Beth Thank you, Beth

Fantastic experience beginning to end. We could not be more pleased with every step of the process in finding, purchasing and getting our puppy home. Mi initial contact was with Amber who was not only friendly and patiently answered all me questions, but also extremely professional and made sure I understood the entire process. The follow up with others, including Emily Wood, Reagean Simmons and the drivers, Greg and Josh was timely and excellent. We were aware of what to expect and our expectations were not only met but exceeded. The Breeder also needs to be complimented for raising a loving, sweet and well-adjusted puppy. The transition to our home has been almost seamless. Our puppy's arrival on Thanksgiving day was fortuitous and gave us one more blessing to be thankful for. Claus arrived in good healt. The "Wellnees exam" by Westbrook Animal Hospital went great. Claus in still in good health. He's a ball of nosy fire when awake, but like all puppies takes frequent naps.

Wonderful service and employees. Would be nice to have a state filter so I could only see pups from my state or surrounding states. The trip to my home was as nice as it could be, however, it was stressful for the pup due to the length of time it took to get her here. Thank you!!!!
